My main co (and best friend) momiji_neyuki and I write our fics as RP, then edit them so they work properly...it's just what works best for us.
I too have a disturbing amount of experience in READING smut, but I'm gaining experience with writing it for almost every fic we do...plus some of my own. It was hard and embarrassing the first time I wrote it, but I love writing smut now. ;D

Ahh, I totally get it. We write our chapters individually, but we plan them together! We both get so excited, it's really awesome being able to bounce ideas off of each other! <3 (She's so creative and our ideas fit well together so often, it's really amazing when you find someone whose style and writing and general person you connect with so well!)

I do the whole thing...but sometimes it just doesn't work and I have to go through the entire chapter to space it out... REALLY annoying!
My co and I sometimes spend a couple days writing a chapter...but she is in the US, and I'm in the UK, so you know~ time difference.

I've never had a problem before now, so I was surprised! xD I'm glad you like it- both of us are trying to put more detail into our chapters, so they're now longer and taking more time to write. I spent somewhere around 5 hours yesterday, and thnksfrthmdln has been writing for at least a good portion of the day >.<" I know I'm super excited you're enjoying it, and I hope you'll like what's to come as well! <3

I love to roleplay, but I definitely wouldn't get anywhere with an actual storyline, myself. ^^" I rp through kik, so there's only so much I can write at one time, and I like to try to be quick with my replies. Being able to write a full chapter helps me go into more detail and usually I have better diction, too. The last time I wrote smut was 2+ years ago, so I am definitely out of practice xD (Not that I was ever really "in" practice, I mean twice is not a lot lol)
