Pete had pulled me off the little shit before I'd managed to beat him to a sniveling pulp. I’d still gotten suspended, as had Peterson.
I didn't really care. Gerard was arriving home the next day and I was glad for the chance to clean up my apartment. Pete texted me every couple of hours, to check on me.
I heard the knock at the door and grabbed a beer from the fridge. “Coming!”
I jogged to the door and opened it, grinning at Gerard. He squealed and wrapped his arms around my neck, kissing my cheeks. “Hey! I missed you!”
I scooped him up and carried him to the living room, dumping him on the couch. “Cutie. Have a beer.”
He took it from me carefully and pulled me into a sloppy kiss. I grinned and hugged him tightly. “I missed you.”
I sat down next to him and he smiled, cuddling into my side. “I missed you too.”
He took a long sip from his beer. “This is illegal.”
I rolled my eyes. “I've been suspended, it's okay.”
Gerard laughed and stroked my thigh slowly, comfortingly. I put my hand over his and leaned in, kissing him softly. His fingers tangled in my hair and he swung himself into my lap, grinding his hips against mine as he kissed me deeper. I moaned and pulled away, burying my face in his neck as he kept grinding down, his breath heavy and fast.
“G-Gee!”
He stopped and loosened his grip in my hair, kissing my jaw and cheeks. “Hey. Hey. I'm sorry, I got carried away.”
I smiled at him a little sadly as he cupped my face in his hands. “It's okay.”
Gerard pressed his forehead to mine, kissing my temple quickly. “You look like you're gonna cry.”
I laughed and leaned back, rubbing his hip lightly. “I might.”
Gerard slipped out of my lap, curling up against my side. “Hold my hand.”
I took his hand willingly, nuzzling his shoulder. “He touched me.”
He tensed slightly and stroked my hair slowly. “Yeah? The coach?”
I nodded and looked down, feeling my throat close up slightly. “Yeah. He um. In the showers.”
Gerard shifted, pulling me against his chest and rubbing my side. He rested his chin on my head, rocking me slightly. “Did he...in you?”
I nodded slightly. “I was eleven.”
Gerard ran his fingers through my hair, pressing soft kisses to my forehead. “Oh cutie...oh baby..”
I started to sob suddenly, the emotion heaving out of me in globs. Gerard cooed softly and rocked me slowly, his hands gentle and warm on my skin.

I woke up in bed naked. Gerard was curled up in front of me, facing away from me. I panicked for a second, then lifted the sheets, relaxing when I saw he was fully clothed in his pajamas. “You were sleepy and I couldn't get you in your pajamas.”
He sounded amused. I laughed and stroked his side with my fingertips before slipping out of bed and tugging on a pair of boxers.
“Hmm. Baby.”
I smiled and climbed into bed again, burying my face in his hair as I wrapped my arms around his waist.
He stroked my arm slowly. “I love your tattoos, baby.”
I bit my lip, a little unsure about the sudden introduction of the pet name. “Thanks.”
Gerard lifted one of my hands, kissing my fingers softly. I purred and pulled him closer to me gently. His body convulsed and he went into a coughing fit, trembling all over. I quickly helped him sit up and got him a glass of water. I stroked his hair away from his face frantically as the pained tears ran down his cheeks and he leaned into my touch.
“Deep breaths, Gee.” I murmured, kissing his forehead. “I love you.”
He looked up at me without moving his head, a fresh round of tears wetting his cheeks. “Promise you mean that.”
His voice was hoarse. I wiped the blood off his lip.
“I promise. We need to go to the doctor.”
Gerard shook his head quickly. “It's just a cold.”
I sighed and hugged him tightly. “If it doesn't get better in two days, I'm taking you.”
He buried his face in my neck, nodding slightly.
