Only One Way

I woke up to the smell of eggs and bacon, a snoring Gerard next to me. We were laying in the living room the floor. Mikey burger I was awake. "I hope you don't mind but I kicked you off the couch last night."

His black eye was more of a faded purple color now, and the cut on his lip was scabbed over. Only his stitches looked the same as last night.

"What time is it?" I asked groggily and moved to sit up. "Twelve fourty-seven," he answered and turned back to the food "I was just about to wake you two up." I rolled over to face Gerard and shook him awake, he smiled when good eyes opened. "Hey beautiful." He said Nd reached up to tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. "Good morning" I said smiled back.

"Breakfasts ready!" Mikey called and set the food on the table. We all sat down to eat, Gerard hand latched onto mine. "So Kristin's coming over around two," Mikey said, chewing on a peice of bacon "so if you two could leave the house around then I'd appreciate it."

"Okay" I said stuffing scrambled eggs into my mouth. "That'd be perfect," said Gee "Frank and I will go to the park or something." "Thank you guys." Mikey said and went back to eating, as did Gerard and i.

we finished eating and headed upstairs to get ready, and by the time we got done it was almost two so we headed out, but not before I tripped over my untied show laces and landed on my side.

"Are you okay?" Gerard asked, trying to quit laughing but having no luck. "Yeah I'm fine, it doesn't hurt." And it didn't, but when gee and I were in line for ice cream after we went to the park he freaked out.

"Frankie are you sure it didn't hurt?" "Yeah," I looked down at what his eyes were widened at and sure enough there was a huge bride on the upper part of my arm. "Holy shit." I said, my eyes getting wide aswell. "Do you bruise easily or something?" "No not really."

Gee was about to say something else but his phone dinged signaling a message from Mikey. "He said Kristins gone, and that we can come home anytime." "Okay" I said and we got our ice cream and left, my bruise temporarily forgotten.

When we got home Mikey was acting really strange, Gerard immediately picked up on it and caught m casually asked him what happened with Kristin. "Oh uh, not much. She just apologized and...stuff." "oh, I see. Frank? Could you go upstairs for a moment?"

I nodded and headed that way, but stopped where they couldn't see me so I could listen in. But they were so quiet that I eventually gave up on trying to ease drop and opted to just ask Gee later. I walked up the stairs and waited.

Gerard

as soon as Frank left I stared Mikey down, "what really happened Mikey?" I asked and he looked away. "I told you Gee, she just apologized." "Dont lie to me, what actually happened?" I insisted and he turned his head to look at me.

"Okay, okay, fine. Kristin did apologize but after that she might've told me she loved me and I might've told her it back. "What happened after that?" I asked, still looking into Mikey's eyes. "We might've kinda kissed." "Holy shit Mikey" "but I told her I wasn't ready to be in a relationship yet." He explained and took my hands from his shoulders, I didn't even realize I'd put them there.

"What'd she say?" "That she would wait for me." He blushed and looked away. "I knew it! I fucking knew it Mikey! You should've taken my advice when you were in high school." I smiled (well more of a smirk) and Mikey laughed.

"I bet she didn't even like me then." He said and I replied with "bull shit! But why are you waiting?" "I, uh, well I don't want Frank to think he can be replaced that easy." "Frank will be fine, he has me. Call Kristin, I'm gonna go tell Frank and all four of us are going out tomorrow."

I ran up the stairs and practically yelled "i knew it!" To myself, I heard Mikey laugh from behind me. Id be lying if I said I wasn't extremely happy.

Frank has me and Mikey has Kristin, everything's perfect.

Hey guys! I was gonna post this chapter earlier but my phone decided it would be fun to glitch out and shut down when I was almost done. But anyways I finally did get it done and I'm pretty happy :)
