We Shouldn't Be Here

Gerard's pov

"Everyone, get ready now! They've found us!" Mikey yelled making me and Frank jump out of bed and get dressed as fast as we possibly could. "Gerard." Frank said making me freeze and look over at him. "I love you so much." He said and kissed me passionately, I melted into the leg weakening kiss. We slowly pulled away and hurried down the stairs and into the kitchen where Mikey and Kellin were at. "We need to leave now." Mikey said in a hurry as he packed a few bags with food, water, cloths, and other essentials. The alarms started going off making all of us jump and run out of the house. Once we were outside I could hear helicopters off in the distances as they got closer. "Come on!" Mikey called as he shifted and started running in the opposite direction. We all shifted and started running as fast as we could through the snow covered forest. "I can hear them." I barked as we ran, Mikey nodded and started to run faster, if that was even possible. "They're getting closer!" I growled and made sure everyone with together. "Just keep running!" Mikey barked from the front of the group. Frank looked over at me as I ran closer to him, and looked behind us. I could see the helicopter flying towards us, snowmobiles were gaining on us. "Keep running, they're gaining!" I barked out as the helicopters spotlight shined on us. Panic flared up in me as gun shots filled the air, bullets flow past us, hitting trees, and the ground inches away from us. They were actual using bullets that could kill us, they wanted us dead! "Keep running and never look back." I barked to Frank, his eyes widened when he realised what I was about to do. "I am not losing you!" He barked and pushed me foreword so I couldn't turn around. "Frank, please! I can hold them off, I've done it before!" Frank shook his head and forced me foreword as we all ran. "We'll get away from them, just keep going!" Frank growled, a bullet flow past me, grazing my side making me yipe out in pain. "It's okay, just keep going." He barked as my steps faltered as pain swept crossed my side. Blood trickled down my side, with every step the cut would tear open more, they must've coated the bullet in something that stopped our fast healing. "Come on Gee, just a few more minutes." Frank barked as I tried to push through the pain but it wasn't so forgiving as I collapsed into the snow. "Gerard!" Frank said as he shifted back into human form and slid next to me. "Come on Gerard, we have to go." Frank said and started lifting me up making me whine in pain. "Just go Frank, I'll distracted them." I barked weakly and slowly lifted myself up as more blood seeped out of my side. "I'm not leaving you! Mikey, Kellin, help me!" Frank called as they got up on either side of me and slowly lifted me up. "Oh my God, Gerard! What happened!" Mikey barked as they started to run while carrying me. "Just a cut." I mumbled as I shifted into human form, Frank was a wolf again. I weakly wrapped my arms around Mikey's neck as my cloths got even more drenched in blood. All the noise around me became more muffled from the blood loss. Everything was so cold, so dark. "Gerard! Fuck, he's losing too much blood, what was on the bullet?!" Everyone's voices blended together, I'm sorry Mikey, Kellin, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you, Frank... "I'm sorry." I whispered and closed my eyes. "There they are!"
