We Shouldn't Be Here

Frank's pov

It took us three days to make it up to the mountain house that Mikey had set up for us. It was only me, Frank, Mikey, and Andy, everyone else left. No one was at the house when we got there, it was about two in the morning. We all came to a stop as Mikey unlocked the door and we filed in. "I'm gonna go set the alarms up, you guys can pick your own rooms, use whatever you want." Mikey said and walked into a room willed with computer monitors and wires. Gerard was looking around curiously as I walked down a hall that led to the kitchen and dining room. Gerard followed close behind, he shifted some time between me looking through the pantry and making some popcorn. He followed me around the kitchen, I almost tripped over him multiple time like a dog. "Come on Gee." I laughed and pushed his head off the counter. I poured popcorn into a boil and walked up the stairs. I went to the very last room in the second hallway. No one was it it, guess it's ours now. I stepped in holding the door open for Gerard. I was tempted to get his tail slammed in the door but didn't do it. Gerard hopped up on the bed and shifted back, he made grabby hands at me. I chucked and crawled into bed next to him, he grabbed a handful of popcorn. "You only wanted my popcorn." I fake pouted, he shook his head and nuzzled my neck. "No, I just wanted to cuddle." He said nibbling my ear, that sent shivers down my spine. "Do you think these walls are soundproof?" He asked as I straddled his waist. "Only one way to fined out." I said with a smirk.

"Well someone had fun last night." Andy said when I walked into the kitchen. I blushed and got two mugs off coffee, Gerard came in a few minutes later in wolf form. "We're you to lazy to actually get dressed?" I sighed and poured his coffee into a boil so he could drink it. Gerard licked my check and started lapping his coffee up. Mikey came into the kitchen a few minutes later liking extremely tired and drained. Gerard barked at Mikey and butted him in the leg. "I'm okay Gee, just a bit tired." Mikey said rubbing Gerard's head, I handed Mikey a mug of coffee.

Sirens started going off making Gerard shift uncomfortably, he growled. "Shit." Mikey breathed and ran to the control room, we all followed. The screens showed two wolfs coming our way. "Thank god, it's only Kelin and Brendon." Mikey said making all of us relaxe except for Gerard who stayed in wolf form. "It's okay Gee." I said and ran my hand through his thick fur, he grunted in response. Gerard paced the door with his head low and tail down. "What's up with him?" I whispered to Mikey so Gerard wouldn't hear. "Brendon and Gersrd don't get along that well..." Mikey said as he watched the cameras. The doorbell rang, Gerard sat firmly in front of the door not making a move to open it or shift. Mikey sighed and stepped around Gerard to open the door. Kelin and Brendon both stepped in looking cold and hungry. "Come in." Mikey said practically pushing Gerard out of the way to open the door more. Gerard growled and sat next to me. I put my hand on his head making him calm down a bit, he was still tense. This was going to be a long stay...
