"uhhhh" i said utterly confused
"she wasn't rob......she still had her purse and phone" Frank says while looking at the floor
"Did you guys notice that the bruises were old, like maybe a day old" Mikey said looking at Frank
"She flinched when you move your hand......she looked petrified" Ray said with his voice faulting like he was going to cry
everyone was silent then they all seem to look at me
"What" i said
Frank started to talk but mikey said something before frank really could
"How do you know that Girl......um"mikey say while snapping his fingers like he was trying to remember something
"Her name is Abby and she bumped into me when i was walking into the warehouse"
They looked at me for a few more minutes.
"well if she works at the warehouse then we'll see her tomorrow" Franks says keeping his eyes on me
we all nod spiting up into our own sections on the bus but i decide i want to go on a walk.
"I'm heading out for awhile.....i'll eat when i'm out" i then just leave knowing someone heard me.
I can't get that girl out my head, her eyes looked heavy. Like they held secrets that didn't need to be hers but that was just the way life was. "Everybody Lies" i say just above a whisper. It was just something that came into my mind. She thinks by lying she'll be safe from whatever is happening. But what didn't occur to us is that maybe she was robbed the day before and that maybe i'm reading to much into this. Yeah just maybe. i can always ask her tomorrow.
I stop to take in my surroundings to find out i made it to a highly public area and i don't have the usual stuff to hide my face. Fuck......but then again no one know's about my new hair style. So maybe i'll be fine. I find a small bar to eat at. Not a great idea because of my past issues but i know i can control myself. i take a seat father away for the crowd only to be seated by a group of guys behind me. i order an Coke and a burger.
That when i hear the people behind me
"Hey Ryan how's that whore of a girlfriend you have doing" one of the 3 guys say
"Yeah she in the hospital yet" that would happen to be the 2nd
"The fuckin twat got a job at a warehouse tending to the need of an emo faggot band......uh chemical something"
i'm going to assume that's Ryan.
This was a bad idea. I'm leaving. But as i get up to go the rest of the band happen to walk in and of course they see me. After we're all seated the waitress comes over with my food and drink. Frank gives me the all to knowing look. takes my drink and drinks some of it. I'm a good boy Frankie. I didn't cheat.
thats when i hear there conversation again.
"chemical something dude i think your talking about My Chemical Romance" dude #1 says
i look at frank who seems to look super happy about hearing the band name "frank we need to leave now"
knowing frank he'll probably start a fight. "no i don't want to i like it here" damn........this won't turn out well.
"OH those guy are total Fags there all guy and yet they kiss each other on stage" guy #2 isn't helping
i bow my head in shame as franks hands start to ball up in fist.
mikey ray and bob just look at us.
"dude i heard there bassist sucks and the only reason he's in a band with them is because he's related to the lead singer"
I GOING TO KILL THEM i look at mikey who's usual poker face is now showing a frown.
" i don't know why my piece of shit girlfriend works there i mean i know she doesn't even know them....i guess i'll just have to put her in her place again." The guy -Ryan- states.
Thats when frank jumps up and yells at them
"HOW FUCKIN DARE YOU"
this won't end well
