Sky said i was out for two days. i remember waking up to some doctors running and yelling outside my room. sky later told me it was some girl who had pulled out her life lines and had caused her heart to stop.

“nice tattoos” i looked up as i put my shirt to see Sky at the door.

“um thanks” i was being released from the hospital but i wanted to see Cristal before i left.

“um..do you think i could see Cristal before i leave?”

“um well visiting hours or over but i can turn the other way” she smiled at me and i followed her out to the hall way.

“er hey Sky who was the girl that caused the commotion last night?”i was kinda curious to know, but knowing people she would probably tell me not to worry or it was confidential.

“it was Cristal” what she said took me back. i felt a not from inside me.

“do you want to go in by self?”i looked at her kinda shocked and worried

“what oh yeah by self” she looked at me patted my cheek and left me in front of a door. i should have knocked but i just walked in. Cristal was upright her hand between her legs like she was hiding something. i stood by the door looking at her, she probably had found something sharp and was cutting herself. she looked at me, her expression mixed from scared, surprised, and angry. i started walking towards her she dropped her gaze to what ever she had in her hands. i could see tears running down her cheek. she flinched when touched her i grabbed her arm she tried to pull away but i didn't let her win. i turned her hand around and saw fresh cuts. i looked at her she was crying harder and shaking.

“its okay Cristal”i hugged her letting her cry on my chest.

some time had passed and i found my self on the bed with Cristal curled up on my chest. she had told me how when her parents passed away all her family left her but her aunt, how the beatings in middle school got worse that that had sent her to the hospital. how she tried to kill her self the first, second third and fourth time(the fourth i know about seans Sky told me). she said her aunt had told her to get help and how she had almost killed herself when i came in.

“cristal, look u do...no we both need help, and i'll go with you and your aunt to this help thing” she had stopped crying but she was still curled up against my chest.

“i'll go if u come with me?” she was scared. i moved her so we were face to face.

“i promise i'll stay. till the end” she gave me a weak smile and placed my forehead against her
