Summary
Alternating between Gerard Way, and his (Surprise!) younger sister, Nora. Mikey is still in here, and Gerard falls in love with a boy name Frank. Nora has eyes only for Brendon Urie, a junior at their school.
Story takes place in Northern Minnesota (It's going to be a town that none of you know, it's where I live, in the middle of nowhere at a school with around 90 kids pre-K- 12
