Touch Him Again, And I'll Kill You

Frank's POV
Its been two weeks since I've seen or spoken to Gerard. He hasn't been at school either. I was really beginning to worry about him. I know that he skips a lot, but it's not like him to just simply not come to school for two weeks.

I saw Lindsey and Jimmy sitting at a table across the cafeteria. I made my way over to them and sat across from Lindsey.
"Hi, um can I ask why Gerard hasn't been at school? Like, is he okay?"
They looked up at me and Lindsey smiled.
"He's okay, Frank, he's just been spending a lot of time with his brother is all."
I was about to respond to her but Jimmy spoke up first.
"Didn't he tell you to leave him alone, anyway?" He asked. Lindsey turned to him. "Well, if I told you to leave me alone, wouldn't you still care about me?" She asked him. He shrugged. "Well yeah, of course I would, because I love you."
She turned back to me and smiled. "Exactly."
I felt my cheeks heat up. "Thank you, Lindsey, I appreciate it." I said before standing up. I was walking past Lindsey when she grabbed my arm. I looked down at where she was sitting. "Just try not to think about him too much, okay? He'll be okay. I promise." I smiled at her and continued my walk back to my table where Jamia was now sat.
"Did you find out where he is?" She asked me.
"They just told me he's been with his brother, but that's good enough for me. As long as he's okay."

By the third week of Gerard being gone, I was starting to get more and more depressed. It was so strange to me, because I had barely even known him a few weeks ago, but now I can't even get him out of my mind. He's all I think about and it's really affecting me. My grades have gone to shit and I hardly sleep anymore. I'm lucky if I get more than a few hours a night.
Before I ever actually knew him, I would still get happy whenever I saw him. His presence alone made me smile, and I miss it.


Gerard has now been gone for over a month. I've been noticing that Jeremy and his friends have started messing with me more. They shove me into lockers or knock me down whenever they see me. I've tried avoiding them but it's no use. There's so many of them that I always see them.

I was walking down the hall with my headphones in and I was late to class. I was a few halls away from my class when I felt a sharp blow to my side and my headphones were ripped out of my ears. I fell to the floor and looked up just as something hard collided with my face. I fell onto my back and groaned in pain as I held my face in my hands. I felt another sharp blow to my side and I turned to see who it was. Jeremy.
He kicked me once more before stepping back to look at me.
"What the fuck is your problem with me?" I asked him through gasps of pain.
"I'm fucking sick of seeing your gay little face walking through these halls, and with Gerard finally gone, I can do something about it." He spat at me. I groaned as he grabbed my shirt and pulled me up. He pinned me against the lockers and started punching me fast and hard. One hit after another. I tried pushing him off of me, but soon gave up when I realized he was too strong. I felt my face go numb, and I just stood there and let him hit me as much as he wanted to. I didn't care anymore. I was fucking over fighting because it was no use. Nothing I did helped.
He was just about to punch me again, when he was pulled away from me. Without him holding me up, I slid to the floor and glanced over at him. Jimmy and Lindsey had him pinned against floor, and they were punching and kicking him.
I started seeing dark swirls in my vision before I finally just blacked out.

Gerard's POV
"Go fish." I said with a grin to Mikey.
"Ugh you fuckin suck. I just need another 5!" He said and I burst into giggles. Soon the sound of Iron Maiden filled the room and I realized it was my phone. I reached into my pocket and pulled it out. l saw that it was Lindsey and hit the 'accept' button before putting it to my ear.
"What's up?" I said into the phone.
"Gee, some shit happened with Frank."
I put the cards in my hand down and say forward on my chair.
"What happened to him?" I asked in a rush.
"Fucking Jeremy beat him to a pulp. He's with us at Jimmy's right now. He's passed out but I think he could wake up soon. You'd better get over here."
I thanked her before hanging up. I looked up at Mikey and he looked sad. "Mikey I am so fucking sorry but I really need to go, something's happened with Frank."
Mikey knew about Frank because he was practically all I had talked about for the last month and a half.
He nodded before smiling. "Go ahead Gee. It's okay."
I hugged him goodbye before promising to be back the next day, and leaving to go to Jimmy's.

When i I got there, Jimmy and Lindsey were sitting on the couch watching tv. They stood up once they saw I had walked through the door.
"Where is he?" I asked.
"He's in your room." Jimmy said quietly.
I quickly ran up the stairs to my room and opened the door. What I saw broke my heart.
Frank looked lifeless as he lay on my bed, bruises covering his beautiful face. I walked over to him and gently ran my finger down his cheek. This was all my fault. I should've just fucking been at school and this wouldn't have happened.
I let out a long sigh before turning and leaving the room. I walked back down the stairs and out the front door. I was almost to my car when Lindsey came outside.
"Where are you going?" She asked.
"I'm going to fucking kill Jeremy."
