I was woken some time later by my phone ringing in my pocket. I pulled it out and
blinked sleepily at the screen. Unknown number! showed in green.
I pressed accept, and put the phone to my ear "Hello?.." The other end of the line was
quiet, but I could hear someone breathing ".. Hello?"....


Gerard's POV

I sat up straight on the couch, waiting for whoever was on the other end of the line to respond. The silence stretched on, aside from the heavy breathing.

"Frank?" I whispered, getting up and pacing around the room nervously, "Frankie is that you?"

I heard some light shuffling and, finally, a quiet chuckle that made my stomach drop.

"No. I'm not Frank. But I do may have something to do with his disappearance."

I felt sick at the word "disappearance". I knew there was something more to Frank not coming to pick me up. I knew there was something off, but I didn't do anything about it.

"I swear if you do anything to him I will­-"

"Oh calm down," the voice soothed, "I haven't done anything to him... yet."
And then the voice was gone, the call ended. I stared down at the screen in disbelief. The
situation slowly sinking in.

Frank is in danger. Frank has been kidnapped.It all seemed so surreal. Helplessness clouded my mind as I felt there was nothing I could do to help. If I were to call the cops he might hurt, or even worse, kill Frankie.

I sunk down to the floor as I wracked my mind for anyone who might have a grudge against
Frank. Someone crazy enough to hurt him.

Then it all came to me at once, the answer being so obvious.

sooo that was super short and absolute shit. I promise it was originally better but then the shit fucked up and I had to retype everything and it kinda killed my enthusiasm. On the bright side, I did a cliffhanger thing for the next author to play around which might turn out cool. Sorry for the delay but at least I got something up.
