I'd Rather Not Miss Out On Us
Chapter 2
*franks POV*
I was sitting up in the sound/light booth of the House of Blues in LA talking to an old friend who currently worked there. It’s been years since I’ve seen him, considering I never come to this side of the country unless I’m on tour. But I had a meeting the other day about setting up a studio for my record label here and decided to stay for a few days and visit. I went in and got another Tattoo from Kat (Von D) and spent a whole day with Gerard (Way) catching up and going back to the best friends we were for 11 years. Life after My Chem is okay, yeah I miss it, but the Cellebration keeps me happy and content and I wouldn’t change my life for the world. Well, except one little part-
My thoughts were interrupted by a loud bang, and me and friend both looked out the one sided window to see a small girl walk in. She had faded black high wasted shorts on. They were ripped and cut off jaggedly, but they went well with her black cut off tank she had on that went down to the top hem of the shorts on her sides, revealing a bright green sports bra. Her outfit pulled together with a pair of black Chuck Taylors that looked old and worn out. She had shiny black hair that went half way down her back. Her bangs were to the side of her face, propped up out of her eyes by a cowlick to the right of her head. Black surrounded her eyes, but not too much. The perfect amount to high light the blue green wide eyes that shined as the sun was still shining on her through the door she help open with one hand, and sipped from the coffee in the other hand.
I lost my self for a moment. She was beautiful. I was in awe, I haven’t seen this much beauty in one human being since Miles was born.
I was rudely brought back to reality by my friend- “that’s the vocalist for the band who’s release party is tonight.”
“Oh..” I snapped myself out of the trance. “Cool, what’s the name of the band?”
“The Red Rejects.”
That was a cool name.
I didn’t realized I started to google them until there page was in front of my face on my phone, I scrolled until I saw the list of the members; There was her picture.
Her name was Jess Wells.
I tapped the blue name, and then quickly tapped the twitter icon under the larger picture that popped up. This might seem creepy, but I don’t care. I need to figure something out first.
Beside her name, I read “Follows You”. I couldn’t help but blush. My eyes narrowed in on her bio, where the first thing it said was “20.” And followed by “Coffee enthusiast. Cliché punk kid vocalist for The Red Rejects. Stay beautiful, keep it ugly. -GW”, well she has to be a MCR fan, the bio is completed with an iTunes link below, I’m guessing for their new EP. My eyes went back up “20.” I let out a sign of relief. I thought I was dazed by an underage girl for a while there. I mean she’s really young. 13 years younget then me to be exact, but still. The relief of not being a pedophile was interrupted by a song starting to play from the stage. The girl plugged up her phone, and I recognized the song as one of Fall Out Boys newer ones. She started to look up at the ceiling in the center of the stage with a wide smile on her face. She was twirling around with her arms jerking around. She must’ve been excited. This is a pretty rad Venue. Then I couldn’t help but to recognize her from somewhere. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe I saw one of their release party ads around this part of town. I decided that must be it, and continued to watch her with a look of awe in my eyes and a slight smile appeared on my lips when I heard Planetary come on and watched her dancing get crazier.

hey! keep in mind this fic is a bit more "realistic" then most, for the lack of a better term. He's his actual age, with 3 kids, and the same past, but i added something that i don't see happening to him ever, or i hope not, that is revealed soon.
