The High School Experience

Franks POV
Gerard forced me to grab a science book and a spanish book.
“am I even going to need these?” I complained
“all our homework assignments come from the text books.” Gerard stated
“oh…I knew that.” I didn’t know that.
“so where are we going to study?” he said while putting my books away in his pe locker(his locker was right across from mine. What are the odds) we had gotten here earlier than most people since we just came from the library
“uhhhmm, d-do you- uh- want to come to my-my house? I mean only if you want to!” why the fuck did I just stutter. He just smiled at me.
He started to change and I stared for a bit, but turned away before he saw me and started to change myself. I could’ve sworn I saw him bite his lip but I tend to hallucinate things.
“your house seems good. Now let us die with physical education!”

When we got off on my stop I became extremely nervous because I was about to have Gerard in my freaking house.
“so will I get to meet the family this quick?” he asked
“no. not this time, my brother’s at his friends house until like 7 and my mom comes home around 8:30”
“oh my. So many hours left alone. So much can happen in so much time! I saw we have a pancake party”
“gee, if I go near a stove, I will burn my house down” I joked around
“oooh trying out the nickname are we?”
“shut up, I hear Bert call you that so it just slipped”
“let it slip more often, I like how it sounds coming out of your mouth” did he really just say that!?
When trying to open the door, I started shaking a bit and nearly dropped my keys.
“having trouble?”
“no, is just this key can be a dick sometimes.” And finally I got the door opened
When we got inside, gee was looking around
“want the full house tour or straight to my room?” I asked him
“gosh, frank. At least buy me dinner first”
“what? No!-“ he laughed
“relax, im just fucking with you, but straight to your room is good” I sighed then led the way

*2 hours later*
“UGH I HATE THIS! WHY DO WE HAVE TO DO SCIENCE STUFF?” I groaned
“c’mon frankie, just finished this page and we can stop”
“nope. I need break” i threw my books off my bed. Gee got off my desk chair and picked up the book and put them on the desk and sat criss cross on my bed.
“fine. Break. 21 questions”
“21 questions? Trying to find out my deepest secrets, gee?”
“yes I am frankie. You first. Go.”
“you thought up the game! But fine. Lets see….oh! first crush?”
“Alex Rivera in the 5th grade. Probably should’ve realized since then”
“realize what?”
“uh uh. My turn. how bout your crush?”
“copy cat. And hmm, I don’t know, im not sure ive had one, I mean I have these weird feelings around a certain person but that’s me being stupid.”
“who's the person?” he cannot know that
“im not telling you and besides its my turn. and what was it that you realized?”
He seemed hesitant when I asked that “ uh… that I was gay…” oh.
“you’re gay.”
“yeah…I hope that you don’t have a problem with that”
NEVER
“no! I have no problem with it, I don’t know who would or even should.” He smiled at that.
“my turn! who’s that person?”
“im still not telling you so pass.”
“fine. First kiss?”
“uhhh… never had one…”
“never had a first kiss?”
“that’s a second a question. I get 2 now and no I haven’t”
“how does someone as pretty as you not have a first kiss yet?”
