Summary

Gerard Way leads a pretty normal life, or at least the most normal he can lead without a father, and an autistic little brother. Curiosity has always seemed to get the best of Gerard, which is why he always has a camera with him.
When he happens upon the most wanted serial killer in Belleville, New Jersey, in his violent act, he manages to snap a few pictures and with those pictures, the police finally have the evidence required to put away the Yin Killer.
Witness protection isn't always safe when you produced the evidence needed to put away one of the smartest recorded serial killers in history. A genius sociopath isn't a fun person to have after you either way.
Frank Iero is the most notorious serial killer in Belleville, New Jersey, or maybe even the state of New Jersey as a whole. There has never been enough evidence to arrest him. He is known as the Yin killer, because of his trade mark yin-yang symbol that he carves into the body of his victims. He plays game with the cops, giving them a chance to save the victim, but he always outsmarts them. Seduction is his game.
When a young teenager with greasy black hair snaps of photo of Frank in his gruesome act, Frank vows that Gerard will be his next victim if he gets out of here, no matter how long it takes to find him.
An arrest is made, and finally after three years, and seventeen victims, the Yin Killer is put away behind bars, and Gerard is forced into the witness protection program for safety measures, lord knows, Frank has outside contact.
Five years after his arrest, a loop hole sets Frank free, and if there's one thing that he can do almost as good as killing, it's finding people who are supposed to be dead.

@MikeyFuckingWay
Well your stuff is great.

@Sharpest_Life_B
I used to play piano, sax, and guitar, but I can't do that anymore. I feel like a beginner too. I started focusing so much on school that I stopped writing for over three years, and just started again near the end of last year.
