I Knew You Were Trouble

Having the most popular guy in school as your brother is one of the best and worst things at the same time.Yes I'm Mikey Way and Gerard Way is my brother.Due to him being ridiculously popular,I get to go to parties and stuff like those many times.The bad thing is that everyone knows Gerard and well...No one knows me.I was always the good student,the quiet and shy guy that doesn't like to open up a lot.

But still,I never actually really cared that much.I am content with my two best friends Ray and Patrick.I was currently being occupied with some algebra problems,a chilly October night,lying on my bed when I heard the house's main door opening and people walking in and laughing.Gerard and his friends.I just hoped that they would keep it down because I really needed to get those problems solved and...well...I didn't have anything better to do.

Laughing and shouting still echoed from downstairs and it really didn't help my fragile amount of concentration.I nervously tapped my pen on the notebook and fixed my glasses on the bridge of my nose.i sighed and got up.I walked out of my room and down the stairs,to the living room.There they were.
Gerard and four other guys sprawled all over our living rooms couches.I knew three of them;Brendon,Ryan,Frank.The other one,whose name I didn't know had black hair,tanned skin and his body was pretty toned.His deep brown eyes raised up to see me just like everyone else when they acknowledged my presence and they locked to mine,swallowing me.

I turned away and looked at the others.Frank Brendon and Ryan exclaimed in unison "Hey Mikey" and I just nodded and muttered a "hey".i turned towards my brother and whispered "Gerard you're making too much noise!" So that he could only hear me.Gerard rolled his eyes ."Is mum or dad home?" He spoke.I Just shook my head."Then why should I be quiet you dumbass?" He chuckled while putting a cigarette between his lips.i groaned and looked down at my feet without knowing what to do.

Frank,who understood what happened,got up,patted my shoulder and with a reassuring smile said;"Dont worry Mikey,we'll be quiet,sorry." I smiled and thanked him.I turned my back at them ready to go upstairs to my room when I heard a voice saying;" who's that hottie anyways?" I just thought they were talking about someone on TV or something so I continued climbing up the stairs,when I heard laughs and my brother saying;"No Pete that's my little brother don't even think 'bout it!".More laughs.What was that about?

I arrived in my room closing the door behind me and plopped down into my bedfinding my self curious as to what this guy's name was.Did he really think I was hot?no one's ever said that.But then again who has such a bad taste to like me?my thoughts were interrupted when the door suddenly opened.The guy walked in while smirking "Is this the bathroom?" He said.I just frowned in confusion.Is he really that dumb?"Does it look like a bathroom?" I muttered."Well...no."He chuckled."I guess I confused the doors."I snorted."Really?theres a sign saying Mikey's Bedroom" I mumbled and laughed a little.

I was looking down at my hands when I felt someone's weight next to me on the mattress.I lifted up my head and looked at his face."The bathroom's next door." I said.He smiled and nodded."Thanks.Im Pete by the way.." Those eyes... "I'm Mickey" my voice was barely a whisper."Nice to meet you.I hope we meet again Mikey" he said getting up and winking at me.He walked towards the door and got out of my room.However,after a few seconds,he peered his head through the door and whispered playfully " I knew where the bathroom was I'm not that stupid.I just wanted to talk to you".With that he got out and closed the door.

I felt my face getting hot and when I looked in the mirror I was red as a tomato.How did he affect me so much with just a few words we exchanged?
