Dead.
Chapter Six
"Goodbye for now." I had said under my breath. He was stubborn, but that'll only make this more fun. He was careful, which was interesting. I wonder how much I have to seduce or brainwash him into trusting me.
The sun was finally died down, the street light poles had turned on, and it seemed I was the only one left outside. Well, I was wrong. I can see a slight figure ahead of me, making its way toward me. An easy victim-sadly, I was saving my next victim for Frank. I had never let someone pass me without a knife lodged into their stomach, but Frank was something special as I mentioned before.
This figure was a man. I had seen him somewhere before, but I don't remember where. He had dirty blond hair, rectangular glasses, and was wearing a heavy coat over a suit. He didn't make eye contact as he walked by. I could tell by his body language he was shy, vulnerable. Then I remembered. He was next to Frank at the memorial. Was he Frank's boyfriend? Friend? Either way, it didn't matter. I could use him.
I stopped and called after him, "Hey, kid."
The man looked over his shoulder, but looked paranoid. He stuttered, "M-me?"
I smiled, "It's after dark. Why aren't you at home?" I joked.
He looked at me, "I...I'm heading home now." He clearly didn't get that I was kidding, but I played along with it.
I walked toward him, "Well," I can see his eyes widen as I stood in front of him, "How about we keep each other safe, and I walk you." I grinned.
I can tell he was falling for my charms, but I can also see discomfort by his body language. He had stuffed his hands into his pockets, his eyes didn't look into mine. He nervously joked, "You're not a Serial Killer, are you?"
I pushed back my hair, "Do you take me for one?"
He finally made eye contact, and smiled lightly. And I knew he had taken the bait. He said, "My name's Mikey."
I replied, "I'm Gerard."
Mikey looked away, his cheeks flushing the color pink, "How about we start walking before the Serial Killer appears?" He laughed a little as he grabbed my wrist, reeling me by him.
I grinned, "Wouldn't that be terrible?"
I really like this story and I hope you can update soon :)
