It's Magic

Gerard's P.O.V It was great being famous because of comic book writing. People don't immediately recognise you for your face. So at these celebrity parties you weren't constantly harassed. That's just how I liked it. I never take notice of media either. So even though everyone here was famous, I didn't know who they were or what they were famous for. Oh ignorance is bliss. Or at least that's what I thought until my eye caught a very attractive dark haired woman. All eye's turned her way as she walked in. She was wearing casual clothes. Just black skinny jeans and a Linkin Park t-shirt in black. Black trainers. But what stood out the most was her piercing blue eye's. They were as blue as the ocean. She was smiling but her eye's looked bored. There was something else about her. But I couldn't place it. I listen as a guy with ginger hair approached her. "Would you do a magic trick for us, please, Miss Waters?" The guy asked her. She sighed. "What would you like to see?" "Make something float or disappear?" "Okay." She looked around. Her eye's locked with mine. Then she started walking towards me. I stood still, soda in my hand as she stopped in front of me. "How about I make this soda can disappear?" I held the can out. She took it and turned my palm face up. Then she placed the half full can on my palm. She took a black silk scarf out of her back pocket. I never saw that. She put the scarf over my can. Then she put her hand, palm face down, above the scarf covered can. She lowered her hand quickly to connect with my palm. Can gone. How the fuck did she do that? She backed up so I could remove the scarf. Everyone cheered. I handed the scarf back. She leaned in to whisper into my ear. "Now I owe you a drink. Call me." She turned and walked away. How do you call someone who didn't give you their number? I sighed then put my hands in my pockets. I felt a piece of paper I hadn't put in earlier. It read: Serenity Waters, Model. On the reverse was a phone number. I guess I do have a number. I smiled as I watched her head out the doo
