I wandered through the ruins of Wonderland. An eerie atmosphere hung in the air, I couldn't remember this place ever being so deserted. That was the good thing about Wonderland, there was always something going on. Wether it be a tea party or croquet, there was never a shortage of entertainment or a chance to get bored. "Alice! Alice!" I jumped at the sudden sound of two voices. None other than Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee. Their usual red striped shirts were now replaced with grey ones. Had everything in the place become as Grim as this? "The queen wishes to see you Alice." The twins said in unison. I nodded slowly. "Very well, lead the way." I followed the podgy pair to the queens castle. I was very familiar with this place, having visited on many occasions. "Do you know why she wants to see me?" I asked as we walked. "She didn't give us that much information, but your presence was demanded."I followed the twins through all the way to the Queens palace. They stopped walking when we got outside. "It's different in there, so don't be alarmed." I walked inside and immediately stopped dead in my tracks. Splatters of blood covered the walls and the once pristine tiles of the floor. Sethered limbs were discareded on the floor. I continued walking up to the throne room, pausing once again when I got outside the door. Gently, with one hand I pushed open the large, heavy doors to reveal the same throne room I remembered. I wondered why this one room hadn't altered at all. One foot after the other, I walked slowly up to the queens throne. "Alice." she spoke. Her voice as shrill and ear-splitting as ever. "Look what you've done." The queen continued. "Me?" I asked. "Yes you. You did this!" The queen stood up from her thrown and began to grow tall and slender. Her fingers extended into long, bony sticks and they pointed out to me. Just inches from my face. "You destroyed Wonderland, Alice. You must be destroyed in return." The doors at the back swung open forcefully and a tsunami of blood rushed in. I screamed out as it got closer and found myself drowning in the hot, sticky liquid.

Frank had been in Brownley for just over two weeks now and had seemed to have chosen, or rather been forced, to form a friendship with Ryan. Everyday it was the same. They would ask me to sit with them, and I would rudely decline. Today, for some reason, was different, though. When I sat down at their table this morning the look of shock on their faces was priceless. It was soon replaced by a grin on Ryan's part. "Alice, you sat with us!" he beamed. "Yeah, well.." I couldn't think of a valid excuse so I just shrugged it off. "You going to group therapy today?" Ryan asked hopefully. I hadn't been since the day Frank arrived. I suppose I should have been there, to make sure Laurie hadn't forced Frank to tell his secrets. After all, secrets were a precious thing. I nodded in response to Ryan's question. "Good. You can sit with us there too." he said excitedly. "I mean.. if you want to." A small chuckled escaped Franks lips at Ryan's excitement, which made me smile, of course. "Is Brendon coming over today?" I asked. "Yeah, he's coming later." Ryans smile grew bigger at the mention of his boyfriend. It was so cute how in love they were. "Is it ok if I hang out with you later Alice? It's okay if you say no." Frank asked. Damn, he was so cute. How could I say no? "Sure, I don't mind." I smiled at him.

~time lapse~

"I never expected you to have such good music taste." Frank said. We were currently in my room jumping around and playing air guitar to my music collection. I had a collection of bands like Black Flag, The Beastie Boys and The Misfits. "I kinda expected you to like this stuff, with the skinny jeans and everything. Plus you were wearing a black flag shirt the other day." I smiled. "So what I hear is you've been spending a lot of time staring at me." I blushed a deep shade of red even though I knew Frank was joking. "Shut up." I punched his arm playfully. I found myself staring into Frank's eyes. They were beautiful. "Do you have a boyfriend?" Frank blurted out. I giggled. "I do actually." Frank's face fell. "Oh." I burst out laughing. "I'm kidding!" A blush rose to Frank's cheeks. Making him look even cuter. "I'm in a band, you know." he said. "Is that supposed to impress me?" I rose my eyebrow. "Does it?" I giggled again. "A little. What you guys called?" I asked. "Pencey Prep. We're gonna start playing again after we go back to school." He beamed. "I'll have to come see you play." I returned the smile. "Yeah. You will." We spent the rest of the night sat talking and finding out everything about each other. At some point we turned the music off and just sat on my bed in the dark talking. At some point we must have fallen asleep because when I woke up we were both tucked under the bed sheets. "Alice?" Frank asked groggily. "Yeah?" I replied. "How did we get under the covers? I thought we were on top of the bed." he asked, his brow furrowed and a look of confusion plastered onto his face. "Kier probably came in or something." I thought for a second. "Most likely Kier." Frank shifted slightly to get comfortable under the sheets. "Are we getting up?" he asked. "No. 'm tired." I mumbled and snuggled into Frank's side. He put his arm around my waist and we fell back asleep

~Time Lapse~

"Morning you two, sleep well?" Another of the staff, Luke asked. "Yes thankyou." Frank replied. We carried on walking through the cafeteria before Kier turned up with a smirk on his face. "Congratulations." he winked. "Uh.. What?" I asked. "You two, getting together." he explained. "You are together, aren't you?" Frank and I burst out laughing. "No way! What makes you think that?" Frank asked between laughs. "Oh I don't know, maybe the fact you spent all day together yesterday, before falling asleep on Alice's bed." Kier rolled his eyes. "Anyway, no nightmares last night, Alice?" I shook my head. "That's great! Maybe you should stay with her more often, Frank." "Maybe I should."
