Well This Sure Ain't Funny

"Morning Frankie." Gerards morning voice was just the best, it was so raw it sent shivers down my spine.

"Hi."

I was sitting on the kitchen table, literally, I don't like chairs.

Gerard went and put the coffeemaker on, and then left to the bathroom.
He sings in shower, and it's kind of cute, and he has a good voice too.
I never told him I heard him singing because I didn't want him to feel embarrassed, but then again I could tell him that he was an awesome singer and he could make so many records.
His voice was raw but then again it was gentle too, I mean he can sing but he hasn't been singing like forever.

I listened as Gerard closed the shower, then he stopped singing, then started the humming, and then he came out of the bathroom and to the kitchen area.

"Hey again." his voice was now smooth as always after the shower, he then walked to the coffeemaker and poured himself a cup.
Then he leaned back to the sink and drank in silence.
I could hear and see the coffee getting down his throat.

This was his everyday routine and I remember all this, should I be worried?

Now he's going to ask how my night was.

"How was your night?"

Then I would answer "Nothing much..." but that was not the case now, because something happened.
"I went for a walk and then this drunken guy saw me and he talked to me and asked me to fuck him." I said all that in one breath, and I'm pretty impressed.
Gerard was staring at me with huge eyes which were full of disbelief.

"I'm not kidding, really." I smiled and looked at his silly face. Gerard finally got out of his trance, and he spit out,

"Holy fuck."

"Yeah... and then I walked through him." I laughed at the moment, how he must have felt.
"You... what? Walked through him? You can do that?" Gerard threw questions after questions at me.
"Y-yeah, didn't I tell you?" I really didn't tell him?

Wow.

Weird.

Maybe I'm getting an early dementia.

"No!" Gerard screamed and I couldn't place how he was feeling, he sounded mad but excited at the same time.

"Well now you know." I said, trying to figure his feeling.
"Now I fucking know." he laughed and now he was definitely excited. "I wanna try that."
he grinned from ear to ear, and he looked like a little kid in a toy store.

"Oh no. I don't know what might happen to you, like... I'm dead, you could like freeze or something." and I didn't really want that to happen.
"Pleeease..." and now he sounded like an irritating little kid who will do anything to make you scream at him.

"Fine. But don't blame me." I said, getting off the table and walking towards Gerard.
"I won't" he smiled looking down at me.

"You ready?"
"As ever." I smirked and raised my hand to his stomach, but when I tried to go through him, it didn't go.

"What?" I asked, trying again, and again, and again.

Why isn't this working?

I looked at Gerard and his smile was fading away slowly.

"I-I can't get it through..."

"Well... maybe it's different for everyone..." Gerard said with a small understanding smile on his face.
"Yeeah... this is just weird." I said it more to myself but this is totally weird...
