Trigger warning: SELF HARM SCENE!

“S-sure.” I said as Gerard took a seat on the end of my bed. “You promise me there’s nothing going on with him?” He locked his eyes with mine. “I promise on my life. He just has something I want and need for our date. Looks Bob’s coming with me next time, well more like every time I go. I promise you though Gee. NOTHING is going on between me and Zacky anymore. Not that we dated but you know what I mean.” He nodded.”Yeah I do. I believe you.” He got up to walk out but I grabbed his arms and he yelp. I felt his sleeve get wet and then I remembered the blood. My eyes went wide as I looked from his arm to his face. He refused to look at me. “Gerard? Sweetie why?” He shook his head and arms yelping in pain as he tried to break from my grip. Mikey started banging on the door yelling to open up and I let go of Gerard who went straight for the door and unlocked it before pushing past Mikey and slamming his guest room door closed. Mikey looked at me with anger written all over his face and said in a voice filled with anger “What the fuck did you do to my brother?” He started to storm into my room towards me. Maybe he need to remember what happened last time.”Did you know he did things like that?” I asked and Mikey stopped in his tracks and gave me a confused look. “Just follow me.” I pushed past Mikey who followed me closely and opened the door where Gerard was.

Gerard was nowhere to be seen. I looked at Mikey who’s face changed from angry to concerned once we both heard soft crying from the bathroom joined to this room. Mikey got ahead of me and walked in and as I joined them I saw Mikey with a razor in his hand and giving the most worried face I’d even seen to his brother, who was lying on the floor refusing to meet Mikey’s or my gaze with his arms shredded. “Why?” Was all Mikey said and Gerard just shook his head. “WHY?” Mikey screamed. “I’M NOT LOSING YOU TOO!” Gerard started to cry again, “Look Mikey, I understand you’re angry but he needs to hospital or get bandaged up here. Your call.” Mikey turned his gaze to me and nodded. “You ever cleaned up anything like this?” I nodded and revealed my arms. He sighed and left the room. My scars were done ages ago before I met Zacky. That was my way to get my mind of things. Zacky told me to stop and he could think of a better way. He helped me stop. It was my turn to stop someone else doing it. I will help Gee stop no matter what it takes.

An hour later he was fully clothed and bandaged up. “He’s not sleeping alone. I will stay with him.” Mikey said and Bob shook his head. “I wont be sleeping. I have to much to do, so you sleep I will watch over him. You look shattered.” Mikey protested but gave in soon enough. We all left the guest room leaving Gerard and Bob behind before going to our different rooms. I climbed into bed after I’d changed into my PJ’s and laid there trying to think why someone so perfect would do that to himself. Was it because of the bullying? Or worse because of me? That had to be it. I’ve been an arsehole today and he saw me go to Zacky’s. That night I cried myself to sleep determined to help Gerard stop self harming.

So I realised last night I could only undate two because Briar is supposed to be doing the smut chapter for You're not quite Satan but I really think I hate you.
