Forever and always

"Let's run away together."
"What? We can't do that frank, we have no money, no transportation."
"We can make it work gee, I love you. I don't want you to be hurt anymore."
"But frank, our family and our friends. We'd be leaving all of that behind!"
"What friends? What family? When have they ever been there for us, we've survived this long by ourselves we can do it longer."
"This is different frank, we'd be on the streets with no money. We wouldn't make it!" I tried to reason.
"Gerard don't you see? There's nothing for us here, we could leave and be what ever we wanted to be. Just think about it. No rules, no parents, no beatings, just us. Me and you taking on the world together!"
"Frank" I whispered, overwhelmed by the suddenness of his idea.
"Gee, please. Just think about it." He said, grabbing my hands and linking our fingers together. "I love you" he whispered, kissing my knuckles.
"I love you too frank, forever and always."

Notes

I have no confidence in my writing at all, but I want to be a writer so I need practice. Hopefully all of you lovely people can give me pointers to help me improve my writing:) I apologize for the short chapter but this idea just popped in my head and I had to write it.
