Next morning. 11:28am. The cabin.
I reached over to pull Kat into a hug. But she wasn't there. I sat up and looked around in confusion. On her pillow was a piece of paper. I picked it up and read what she'd wrote.
Morning, Sexy.
Last night was absolutely amazing. It really was the right time for me.
Thank you for being there for me during the...well you know what. I really
do love you with all my heart. I always have and I always will. I am so
happy right now. That's all thanks to you. I can't wait to marry you. By
the way, we need to work out a date. I was thinking maybe on valentines
day? Let me know what you think.
Okay. Casper told me to stop being mushy and get on with the reason
for this note. That kid really is a ball breaker. How do you put up with
him? Anyway, we request your attendance out by the pool. A few of
our friends would like to see you.

I smiled at the note. I wonder what she has planned. Only one way to find out. So I got up and headed for the shower. Twenty minutes later, I'm freshly showered and dressed in black jeans and a black flag t-shirt in black. I slip on my black converse. Then head for the pool out back. The sight I'm greated with is hilarious. Ray is dressed in a alien outfit. But no mask, just green antenna's sticking out of his fro. Mikey's dressed as a ghost. A long white dress and white make up on, giving him ghost like features. Frank's another ghost. But he has on a long white wig. Then I see Bob. I try to hold back the laughter. He's wearing a alien outfit. He's made up to look like Paul from Simon Pegg's and Nick Frost's film 'Paul'. Difference was, he had a long light brown wig on. The wives were wearing their husbands counterparts. Alicia and Jamia ghosts. Caitlyn and Christa alien's. Jessie was dressed as a blue haired ghost. But my eye's fell on Kat in the cat onesie outfit. Complete with collar and whiskers. She was stood behind a microphone. The guy's were behind their usual instruments. When did they get those here?
Kat smiled. "Welcome to our little show." She said into the mic. "You have spent a long time entertaining others. Today you are going to sit back and relax while we entertain you. I hope you enjoy it."
I sat on the sun lounger that Jessie led me to. She passed me coffee and went to join the other girls on the other sun loungers. The guys started playing the music to Evanescence's song, 'Sweet Sacrifice'. Then Kat began to sing. She'd told me she was rubbish. She was wrong. She was amazing.

I watched Kat sing 'Lithium', 'Good Enough' and 'Call Me When Your Sober'. She was amazing. Suddenly I felt like the luckiest guy on the planet. This woman is funny, talented, she love's all my friends and my family and she loves me.

I smiled as she approached me. I held out my hand and pulled her onto my lap as soon as she took my hand. "You said you can't sing." I said against her lips.

"I can't." She insisted.

"Of course you can. That was amazing." I sealed my lips against hers. The kiss got pretty heated really fast.

"Get a room." Obviously Bob. We just flipped him off.
