Venus P.O.V

One month later.

I sat on the large double bed in the room Gerard had given me. I didn't take much notice of the decor. Doesn't matter. I won't be around for long. Gerard left me to settle in and unpack. So i unpack. I don't want him getting suspicious and stopping me. So for now i have to act like I'm okay. I have my plan. I act like all is okay. I even find a job. Night work i think. Then when everything seems to be going okay, I'll end my life.I haven't decided how yet. But i have a deadline. Venus Gardner will be dead in exactly one months time.

Gerard's P.O.V

I frown at the phone as Dr Cox calls again. I answer it straight away.
Me:"Hello doc. What's up?"
Dr Cox:"I need to warn you now. Vee...Venus is suicidal. She's tried to kill herself on several occasions. She need's to be watched at all time's. Don't let her action's faze you. She will do the waiting game if she has to. If she get's too much call this number..."
He reels off a number in America.
Me:"Do you think as I'm her favorite singer that she may not even attempt it?"
Dr Cox:"I hope that's the case. But i wouldn't hold your breath. She's lost so much over her life. So many people. She has depression too. Which doesn't help. That's what the pill's were for that i gave you before you left. Just monitor her as much as possible. Keep in touch with me. I can advise you. Oh and call me Jase from now on."
Me:"Okay. That's Dr...Jase."
After we said goodbye and dropped the call, i stared at the phone for a while before calling Ray.
Ray:"Hey, dude. What's up?"
Me:"I need your help."
Ray:"You okay, Gee?" He sounded worried.
Me:"I am. Look this lass saved my life in the UK..."
Ray:"Yeah i heard about that. Thank fuck she was there."
Me:"She took a bullet for me. So i promised myself I'd be there for her."
Ray:"Yeah i get that, dude. So what do you need me for?"
Me:"The doc says she's lost a lot of people in her life and is very suicidal as a result of it. So she need's monitoring. You being the technical genius that you are..."
Ray:"You want me to help set up some sort of monitoring system with you? Am i right?"
Me:"Got it in one, bro."
Ray:"I'll see what i can work out and get back to you."
Me:"Thanks, Ray. Your the best."
Ray:"Yeah and don't you forget it."
After we hang up i call Mikey.
Mikey:"Hey, bruv. What's up?"
Me:"Need your help."
Mikey:"Anything."
I explain exactly as i did to Ray.
Mikey:"Maybe me and Alicia can pop round more often? Alicia can make friends with her? Think that'll help?"
Me:"Your the best, bruv."
We talk for a little longer then i call Frank and Bob who both agree that they will pop round with Jamia and Kaitlyn too. So hopefully we can all keep Venus from doing anything stupid.
