What just happend?
*Gerard's P.O.V*
I was at a loss for words. Trying to explain to him my feelings. I had been thinking all day about what I was going to do. I had barely just met him for five minutes and my heart gave in. I wanted to be with him. Then earlier him and me laughing talking through the shift; It just made me want him more. I followed him into the back, and that was my chance...
As he was staring in my eyes I couldn't take it any longer. I quickly shoved him against the wall and starting kissing him. Hands on his shoulders and bodies touching. I could tell he was shocked. My hands shaking I reached for the hem of his shirt.
"Gerard, Stop", he said through my lips.
"It's okay", I whispered. I started pulling his shirt up.
"Gerard, NO!", he yelled.
He suddenly pushed my chest and I stepped back. Realizing what I had done. I glanced from side to side unaware of what I should do next. Frank stared at me breathing heavily; Looking at his uniform pants I could see his already hardened length. he noticed I was looking and quickly turned around gathering his belongings.
"wait", I said " I'm sorry, I didn't plan it; I really like you and I didn't know what to do. It just took o-"
"Me too" he interrupted.
"wait, What?" I was confused.
"I like you Gerard, I think I like you to much. But my head is confused and I don't want to rush things, I mean we barely know each other. Just...Just give it time, Please Gerard"
I was in shock, He said he likes me, he actually said it. He wants to wait but I don't know if I can...I don't want to say I love him. That'll just be weird.
"Okay", I responded. With that he quickly grabbed his things and headed for the door.
"See you tomorrow", he said.
"See ya". A big grin sprouted on my face.
*Time Warp, Next day*
*Gerard's P.O.V
I woke up around 12:30 and decided to go for lunch, eating my lunch I didn't know whether to smile or be disappointed about my talk with Frank last night. I want to smile because he likes me, but then he doesn't even know what he really wants. I really know I want him, and only him. After lunch i decided to call my friend Natalie...
*calls* " Hey Natalie" I said as she picked up the phone, " It's me Gerard, I was wondering if I could come over for a bit...I need to talk to you about something...Okay great, be right over"
I got to Natalie's house around 2:00 PM. 6 more hours till I go to work and talk to Frank
I knocked on the door and within seconds, Natalie opened it up. Natalie had straight dark red hair and light hazel eyes which really stood out. I sat down on the couch, This place was like a second home.
" Ok. What did you need to talk about?' she said while plopping herself down next to me.
"Boy situation."
"YOU FOUND YOURSELF A BOY!!", she squealed. She started jumping up and down.
"No...well...kind of...That's why I said situation."
"Tell me what happened"
I explained to her the whole story, In the bosses office, Laughing during work, them in the back room. Everything that happened between him and me so far.
"Just tell him."
"Huh", I asked confused
"Ugghh, Tell him you love him, Just out it out there!"
"But I w-"
" Shhhh", She interrupted, "you are talking to the relationship master, What I say goes.....and Gerard, When was the last time you felt this way for a boy."
Never...I thought...I haven't felt this way about anyone.
"Exactly, Don't let it slip by". She smacked me on the knee. " Did you want to watch a movie while were here, We barely see other anymore....And I guess even less soon. She put on a big grin and I knew what she was talking about. Frank.
I stayed longer than planned and realizedit was already 5:15 PM. I needed to eat dinner then get ready for work. Eating some left over pizza, I soon got in my uniform. I arrived at the coffee shop around 7:30 PM. I sat in my car debating whether to go in or not. i soon hopped out of my car and went in. There were two customers waiting in line and Marla was working the counter.
She looked at me and smiled I smiled back. Heading toward the back Mr. Cantry called my name.
"Gerard, come here a moment"
"Yes boss?" I asked
"Sorry I wasn't here to witness your first day"
"Oh that's fine" I responded politely.
"Frank told me that you did an excellent job working with customers and had no problem with the machines" He explained.
"Yes sir, but it was a slow night. I didn't really do to much."
"Oh. I'm sure it will be better tonight. How are you in Frank getting along?"
Many flashbacks of last night ran through my head. I almost laughed..I don't know why
"Were getting along fine. Thank you" I responded
"Ok. it's almost your shift, go ahead and relax in back while you can"
I nodded and left. I headed straight for the back smiling at Marla who was cleaning up the counter. I walked in and to my surprise Frank was there...
He was looking down and that's when I could see tears flowing down his face.
I quickly rushed to him.
