Stay With Me

Gerard's eyes fluttered open and he found himself staring at a plain white ceiling. He sighed and looked at the side of him to find a sleeping body next to him. He squinted, trying to focus his eyes enough to see who it was.
"God, fuck" he groaned and rolled over again after realising it wasn't Frank. He dragged his hands down his face and carefully slipped out the bed, yanking his clothes back on. He sighed heavily and looked back at the boy lying in the bed, sleeping deeply. Why do I always fuck things up? He thought to himself as he crept out the bedroom. He wandered through the living room towards the front door. He jumped, letting out a high pitched squeak when he heard someone's voice behind him.
"Who're you?" they said, sounding confused and surprised. He swung round to quickly come face to face with a tall guy with loads of hair.
"G-Gerard?" their eyes widened and they slapped their hand over their mouth.
"Gerard what the hell- why are you-? Oh god Gerard, no, don't- what?" Ray stared at him, unable to form a sensible question.
"R-Ray, please, you can't tell Frank? P-Please?" Gerard grabbed Ray's shoulders and shook him slightly, a pleading look swimming in his eyes.
"But you- y-you, Gerard?" Ray whined, still completely confused.
"Please Ray? I've messed up, I know I have, just don't say a word to Frank, okay?" Gerard frowned at the boy, silently still begging him. Ray bit his lip nervously and looked down at the floor before shifting his eyes back up to Gerard's face. He nodded lightly and sighed quietly.
"Thank you, so much" Gerard whispered before heading to the front door again, slipping into the hallway of the apartment building. He tapped his foot as he waited for the elevator to reach the fifth floor, the doors finally opened and Gerard stepped in, pressing the button for the ground floor. He sighed again, realising how badly he had fucked up this time.
