The next desk
Gee’s Pov
I couldn’t stop thinking about her. The way she looked at me, the way she smiled, that kiss still lingers on my cheek. She had me in the palm of her hand and I’m sure she knew it. I was really quite terrible at math, so I ended up stuck with that frank kid. It’s not that I don’t like him, but he gives of this vibe, makes me kind of uncomfortable.
I took my place in the back of the class, propped my feet on the desk and leaned back in my seat. It was time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a nap. Just as I was about to close my eyes, speak of the devil, in walked Frank. We made eye contact, this huge smile grew taking over his face.
“Great,” I muttered as I put my feet down, put my head on the desk and wrapped my arms around my head.
He took his seat next to me and whispered, “What are you hiding from?”
“Socialization, now go away.” I grunted.
“Well fine,” he sat up, not much more than fifteen seconds passed and he was talking again. “So you like Lyn-z huh?”
“She’s cute,” I sat up. I knew there was no way; I’d get any sleep in this class. “But honestly, I’ve only talked to her for a little over two minutes.”
“Well don’t waste you energy, she’s not too hard to get.” he sighed and put his hands behind his head.
“Bro, that’s not cool, she seems like a fine person!”
“Yeah, I’m sure you’d know I mean you said yourself you talked to her for like two minutes.” Frank raised his eyebrow and smirked at me.
He had a point, but that sarcastic smirk made me want to hit him. Still, I didn’t see anything wrong with her. The class was boring and Frank insisted on have conversation when the bell rang I worshiped it like it was my lord.
Frank’s POV
I’m not really the most sociable person ever, but there was something about Gerard, he was just so inviting, he made me want to spill all my secrets to him. To be perfectly honest it scared the living hell out of me.
