Frank's P.O.V

I see Helena putting on some eyeliner when I walk down to my basement/ bedroom.
She's concentrating so much it's cute.
I surprise her by gently wrapping my arms around her slim figure, bandaged with my shirt.
'Let me do that for you' I suggest as she jumps slightly at the shock of my presence.
'You scared the living shit out of me Frankie'
'And I see you smudged your eyeliner a little too' I reply to her
I stick out my tongue slightly in concentration as I gently apply the black like to her eyes, then switching to do mine.

'Frank, that's so cool' she said, smiling at the mirror and exammining her eyes.
I'd done an Amy Winehouse type of style for her.
'It's nothing, I draw a fair bit in my spare time' I reply
'Shall we set off now?' I added, gently pulling her in by the waist
She winced a bit
I asked her what's up and she showed me a huge cut on the side of her stomach.
'who did this to you?'
'one of my father's friends, he got-'
she stopped mid sentence, leaned against a wall and sank to the floor
'he got a belt and-'
at this point she was in tears, I sat next to her and held her close
'and started to whip it about, then he snuk into my bedroom at night and whipped me with it, I have 2 more scars on my back, but this one still hurts'
This sentence, she said with great anger and rage building up inside her
' your'e going to leave me now cause I have scars isn't it?' she asked me, timidly
'No' I said, kissing all of her scars
'I have some too' I continued, pulling my trousers down and revealing a huge, deep, pink mark on my upper thigh.
Helena gasped and cried again, as I pulled my trousers back up.
'Shall we leave?' I said, adding a sudden change of subject
'Yeah, sure' she replies, grabbing a few tissues and dabbing her eyes
I hug her tight, making sure not to squeeze her where she still feels pain.
She hugs me back, inhaling my scent heavily.
