I'm Not Okay

***** Five years later******

"Come on baby one more, you're almost there." Gerard said encouraging to me through the rough blue mask he was wearing.

"I hate you!" I screamed at him and banged his hand against the railing on my bed, "I hate you so much!"

"I know you do baby."

"I hope you die a slow and painful death!" I screamed out.

"I know you do." He said encouragingly and kissed my head.

"Come on Frank the head is almost out, one more big push and we'll be done here." Dr. Shannon said from her position at the end of my bed where my legs were spread open and I was pushing out yet another baby made from Gerard and I.

Yes another, our fifth to be exact. Gerard and I now being married for five years, we ended up having some more kids. Bryce Antonio our oldest is six years old, then our twins Francesca Elizabeth and Giovanna Elena who are both five, then we had Lucas Emilio who is two he was planned unlike our other four, and finally I'm here pushing out our youngest (and hopefully last) we have her name picked out and everything. And for some reason I decided to push this one out because I "wanted to know the experience" or some crap like that.

"Come on Frank, one more, just one more and your daughter will be out." Dr. Shannon said.

"AHHH!" I screamed out as I pushed, and this one was the hardest push I've pushed all night. As soon as I finished pushing I heard the tiny cries of my new baby girl and Dr. Shannon put her on my chest and a nurse started to wipe her down a bit.

"S-she's so beautiful." I sobbed out and I stroked her head.

"Congratulations Frank and Gerard, you are the proud parents for the fifth time of a beautiful little girl, do you have a named picked out for her?" Dr. Shannon asked as she removed her doctor equipment.

"Yes, we do." I said without taking my eyes off my little girl, "Chelsi Eleonora Iero-Way."

"What a beautiful name." She said with a smile, "Now I need to go get her cleaned up, I'll be back with her before you know it." She said and carefully took her from my arm and left.

"I'm so proud of you baby." Gerard said then gave me a small kiss.

"I don't hate you." I told him.

"I know." He said then gave me another peck.

"And I hope you don't die a slow and painful death."

"I know." He said and smiled then pecked my lips again.

"But no more babies, my ass can't take any more of them, plus five is good enough." I said and leaned back in the hospital bed.

"I can totally agree with that, I'm going to call Mikey and tell him that she's out. Do you think he and your mom will be able to bring the kids over to see her?" He wondered.

"Its 9:40 at night, they're all asleep, just tell Mikey to bring them around tomorrow morning." I said and closed my eyes a little, I was really tired.

"Okay, I'm also going to give Ray a call and tell him she's out." He said before stepping out of the room, the last time I was pregnant I was about two weeks away from my due date when Ray decided to surprise us at our new house for my birthday. It was kinda of impossible to hide my baby bump at that point so we just told him and asked him not to tell anyone. He was really shocked at first and he left quickly after being told and for the next two weeks we didn't hear a single word from him. Then I went into labor with Lucas, Gerard told him I had the baby and he came by to visit us, he apologized for not talking to us and said it was just a lot to take in, but now everything is good and he was really happy for us when we announced being us pregnant again.

It felt like I had only closed my eyes for a few seconds before Gerard came in and shook me awake.

"Don't tell me you're already sleeping, someone came to see us." He said and he passed my little bundle of joy to me.

"Hello there." I said in a baby voice as I took my baby in my arms. "When can we take her home?" I asked Gerard without taking my eyes off of her.

"Tomorrow." He said and reaches down and stroked her face.

"Really? So soon?"

"Yeah, because you pushed this time you don't have a huge cut across your stomach, tomorrow she can join our army of children."

"Yes, they shall one day take over the world." I said then let out a yawn.

"Okay, lemme take her." He said then took Chelsi from my arms, "get some sleep and I'll keep an eye on her tonight."

I wanted to protest but I was so tired I just nodded and rested my head back against the pillows and before I knew it, I was out like a light. The next time I woke up it was to someone pulling on my blanket.

"Daddy!" Bryce said very happy and held his arms out.

"Hey peanut, how are you?" I asked as I pulled him on my bed, Mikey and Gerard were sitting in the two chairs across from me in the room; Gerard had Lucas on his lap while Mikey was holding Chelsi and the twins were looking down at her.

"Uncle Mikey let us stay up past bedtime." Peanut said and started to laugh. I gave him a kiss on the head and pulled him close while giving Mikey an evil look.

"What was I supposed to do? They were all upset because they missed the both of you." He tried to defend himself.

"Let him off the hook babe, he's just jealous of all of our beautiful babies." He said and snuggled Lucas closer to him.

"Fine, but when Kristen pops out that kid of yours you can't use that excuse of yours." I told him, "Now give me my baby." I said reaching my arms out. Mikey sighed but walked over and handed Chelsi to me; both little Gee and Frankie followed him and didn't take their eyes off their little sister.

"Want to hold her Bryce?" I asked. His eyes lit up and he nodded his head a lot. "You have to be careful okay." I said as I carefully put her in his arms, but I kept my hand under her head for support.

"We sure do make cute babies." Gerard said as he walked over to me with Lucas on his hip.

"Don't get any more ideas, we're done." I warned him.

"But we're still young, you're only thirty one and I'm only thirty six, we can still have like four more." He said then kissed my head.

"I will cut your baby making part off." I told him.

"Fine, no more planned babies." He said then winked.

"We only have one planned baby, the rest are your fault for not wearing a condom." I said then took Chelsi from peanut and kissed her head.

"Give me her." Gerard said and put Lucas down on the other side of me and took the baby. I pulled Lucas so he was sitting in me and cuddled him close to me. “I love you all, and I’m never giving any of you up.”
