Just as she remembered; the guys were an amazing sight. From only watching them once it was clear that they each put their all into the performance. Her eyes wandered over each of them only to land on Frank, as they always did. She admired him so much, for several reasons, but at that moment she was marvelling over the energy he gave when he was onstage. He played with everything that he had and it really showed. She knew that he wouldn't do anything but this, just playing with the guys.

It took almost the entire set but she finally wormed her way to the front of the crowd, right by the stage. In front of Frank, he noticed her almost immediately and she could see his face light up. If it were even possible he managed to get even livelier. The guys played one final song before they took their bows and mixed into the crowd themselves.

Because she hadn't seen them play live in so long, she never actually gauged how large their fan-base had really gotten. Sure she'd heard about it from them, but she'd never seen it. As the band left the stage Alice found herself pushed and pulled in every direction by the crowd. They all clambered to talk the the guys. Almost the entire dance floor swarmed into that one corner, leaving her standing solitary in the centre of the dance floor.

Still new to the popularity the guys gladly signed home-made t-shirts, peoples' arms and whatever else their fans had on them. Their happiness and humbleness just radiated off them. Even though they were so confident on stage, they looked so meek when they were actually amongst the fans. After a short while the crowd dissipated and they were able to relax. It didn't take long for Frank to find her, she saw him searching the crowds earlier but left him to greet people, she was so glad they were getting the recognition they deserved.

Frank found Alice sitting at the bar with Lindsey. Once their bands set had finished the place began to grow a little quieter with people leaving and winding down to the more mellow band that played after them. "So it's like a diorama of these bulls..." Lindsey was explaining as Frank walked over. He snuck up behind Alice and grabbed her waist abruptly to frighten her.
"Jesus Christ!!" She jolted and jumped in her seat, thankfully she hadn't been holding her drink. "Dude! I scare easy, c'mon!" He just chuckled and spun her stool around so she could face him.
"That's what makes it so fun" she couldn't resist his sweet playful smile and she grabbed the neck of his sweaty t-shirt and dragged him into her, pushing their lips together and tasting the sweat and alcohol on his lips. "I missed that" he said, pulling away.

Alice stood up from her chair, she planned on asking Lindsey if she would mind her leaving but Gerard was already all over her. If the others thought Frank and Alice were bad for public displays of affection they were probably revolted by these two. They were standing behind the bar, kissing furiously, all tongues, heavy breaths and feverish hands.
"Well that just can't be sanitary now can it!" Alice joked and turned to Frank, "that's not how we look is it?" She asked. He smiled and shrugged, "I think we probably look a little less sweaty when we go at it. I hope so at least."

Frank pulled her toward a booth in the corner of the club, they took their drinks and sat alone together. Despite the noise it was just nice to be in each others' company again.
"I honestly can't believe how amazing the band is. It's just bizarre, I still see you guys as a bunch of kids, y'know?" She though out loud.
"Thanks, we've worked so hard over the past couple of years, it's really nice that its all kind of, paying off, I guess." He told her. Alice couldn't agree more.

They sat and talked happily together for another while before Mikey came over to get them. "Hey, the rest of us are leaving now, it's not that late but we've all got stuff to do in the morning so we're gonna head. You guys want a lift?" He asked. Frank and Alice could tell they both felt the same, he was leaving around noon the next day and he wasn't going to be back until Monday, they wanted to make the most of the next few hours. Frank looked up at Mikey, "I think we're good here actually, we'll make our own way home later on. The equipment's already in my van so I'll take it home." Mikey nodded and gave them a little wave.
"Don't stay out too late at least" he smirked.

It didn't take very long until Alice was sitting on Frank's lap planting sloppy feverish kisses all over his lips and down along his neck. The club was dying down to the point of being empty. It wasn't until they were almost the only people left there that Lindsey had to tell them they were closing. "I have to shut the place soon, how are you guys getting home?" She asked them, cleaning off their table with a wet cloth and taking all of the glasses away. "Oh, um, I was going to drive us but, uh..." He gestured to all of the empty glasses she carried away from their table. Lindsey smiled and let out a light sigh. "God knows I've been in that situation." She looked around the bar to make sure it was empty, "Okay, I don't do this for everyone but I trust you guys. So, here." She handed Alice a big set of brass keys, "You guys can stay here tonight, Bob's already left and won't be back till tomorrow evening so as long as you guys don't trash the place or anything, and you lock up when I leave, you're welcome to stay here."
"Shit Linds, thanks. I really appreciate it." Lindsey just ruffled Alice's hair playfully and smiled.
"Don't mention it, better safe than sorry right?"

Alice texted her Grandmother to tell her she was staying at her friends house to cover he tracks. She trusted her anyway. Frank did the same, Gerard and he always covered for each other when they needed to. It was a mutual agreement.

Once Lindsey left and Alice locked the doors they continued where they left off.
