Turns out Frank wasn't the mastermind of something really quite Frank-like called an orgy. Everyone else has been at it for a while, however.
Before you get all huffy and puffy at the guys though, they invited him to every single one of the previously mentioned orgies.
Now before you get what-the-fucky at Frank, he's used to people being extremely blunt and not so goddamn subtle, but hey! They crossed the finish line.
