Never Let Them Hurt You

In the process of flipping the boat over Gerard had kept a pretty firm grip around my waist. He probably suspected that I had absolutely no idea how to stay above the top of the water. It was scary. My whole body was submerged in the water. I tried to breathe in but my mouth simply filled with water so I couldn't breathe.
Gerard quickly pulled us up to the air and I desperately took large breaths of air. Gerard was laughing hysterically and kissed me a few times as he kept us afloat. I coughed and sputtered a bit more and he continued to laugh. "Oh, my Annabelle, I haven't done anything this crazy in years! I'm quite boring", he exclaimed and I rested my head in the crook of his shoulder. I punched him playfully and began to laugh a little myself. The boat... 'Canoe', as Gerard called it, had begun to drift off towards the shore. "We'll get that later", Gerard said. "Okay, we're gonna swim now okay?" He said quietly and began moving forward in the water. It was pretty amazing, how one could... 'Swim?' And stay up in the water, still being able to breathe.
After a few minutes of Gerard swimming us toward the shore he stood up. I was still clenched tightly to him so I went up with him. I giggled and placed my feet down and we walked the rest of the way in, holding hands. Gerard quickly opened up his umbrella, as the sun was now high in the beautiful, beautiful blue sky. My T-shirt and boxer shorts were incredibly drenched. I took the shirt off because it was uncomfortably wet. I stood there in my standard cloth slave-hold bra, looking around at the world yet again. I really couldn't get enough of it's beauty. I looked over to Gerard to see him blushing and staring at me, looking me up and down. I covered up my stomach and hips the best I could and blushed myself. "Oh, my Annabelle. You're suuuch a beautiful human, my precious", he said and moved closer to me, wrapping his non-umbrella occupying arm around my waist. I smiled and looked around, avoiding his eye contact. I focused on the flowers and the swirling lake water and trees in the forest off in the distance. "Tomorrow we'll get you nice clothes, okay?" He said and I nodded. I turned up to look at him and he kissed my lips softly. "Let's go inside now, okay?" He said and picked me up, carrying me all the way inside. We got inside and he set me down. I shivered a little bit and he led me upstairs into the bedroom to dry off. He handed me a towel and I wrapped myself up, sitting down on the bed.
Gerard also got himself a towel and started drying off. He kept staring at me though. I smiled slightly and looked away. "Why do you keep staring?" I asked with a tiny giggle. Gerard smirked and sat next to me. "You're just so beautiful, Annabelle. So, so beautiful. And I'm also thinking about what we should do now", he said in a devilish tone. I giggled again and he leaned in for a kiss. He pulled me into his lap, and I smiled into our kiss. Because I knew what was going to happen next.
