Bury All Your Secrets In My Skin

Gerard’s eyes fluttered open, the morning sun flooding through the open windows of the bedroom as he curled up in the white sheets of the bed. “Morning gorgeous” a voice purred, slipping an arm around him as a soft pair of lips planted a kiss on his cheek. He smiled, turning his head to find himself staring into the deep brown eyes of Frank Iero. “Morning... what time is it?” He asked, dragging a hand down his tired face. Frank shrugged, brushing a strand of hair out of his face; a warm smile still perched upon his face. “Time you got up” He chirped happily, pecking him on the lips as he moved off the bed and walked out of the room.

He lay back against the warm sheets of the bed, staring up at the ceiling as he slowly closed his eyes; life had never seemed so peaceful. A warm feeling began to build up in his chest as thoughts of Frank danced through his mind. God he loved that man; everything from the black hair right down to the tattoos on his skin- he was just perfect. He remembered dreaming of this exact moment a long time ago; the terrifying ending still haunted him to this day. But as he listened to a quiet chatter of voices from downstairs he knew that everything was going to be ok.

Gerard wrapped the sheet around his naked body, dragging his tired body out of the room before Frank appeared in the doorway; looking him up and down as he stopped in the centre of the room. “What?” Gerard asked, a giggle escaping from his lips as Frank’s eyes grew wider. Frank walked towards him, placing his hands gently on his lover’s hips as he stared lovingly into his eyes. “Your gorgeous you know that?” He replied softly, kissing him tenderly on the lips. They lent into a passionate embrace, Gerard pressed his lips harder against Frank’s as he pulled down the sheet; wrapping his pale fingers around his lover’s dick. Gerard gasped, pulling away from Frank slightly as he tried to control himself. Frank smiled as he began moving his hand up and down his boyfriend’s shaft; running his other hand through his long dark hair as he kissed his neck. “Oh Frank” he moaned, closing his eyes as grabbed hold of his hair.

Frank stopped suddenly, kissing him hard on the mouth as he pulled Gerard onto the bed. He ran his fingers through his hair as Frank moved his body onto his. He kissed down his neck, working down his body until he reached his dick. He stopped, flashing Gerard an evil grin. Gerard looked up, his eyes pleading Frank to carry on. “Please Frank” He whimpered, struggling to contain himself. Frank’s face softened, kissing his stomach as he ran his hands up his legs.“On your front” He commanded sweetly. Gerard sat up, kissing him softly. “I love you Frankie” He whispered lovingly. Frank gave him one last kiss, smiling as he cupped his face with his hand. “I love you too” He replied as Gerard turned to face the wall.


Frank ran his hands down Gerard’s sides, feeling his soft, pallid skin as he entered him. He listened as he heard his boyfriend gasp. Gerard bit his lip, moaning as he felt Frank slowly thrust himself in and out of him. “Oh god Frank” He moaned, his hands curling into fists around the red bed sheets. Frank moved faster, thrusting himself deeper into him as he fucked him harder, digging his nails into his back as he felt Gerard squirm and cry out with every movement. “Oh fuck, fuck” He heard himself moan loudly, his breathing getting louder as he got faster. Gerard threw back his head, screaming out Frank’s name; god he loved it when he took control. “Gee I’m gonna...” Frank started, dragging his nails down as he finished in him. Gerard cried out, finishing almost simultaneously.


They both laughed, Gerard feeling Frank trembling as he pulled out and lay down on the bed. He smiled; sitting up for a moment as he wrapped his arms around Gerard’s waist and pulled him down next to him. They laid there for a while, Frank’s chest rapidly rising and falling as Gerard laid his head down next to it. “You ok?” He asked. Frank looked at him, laughing slightly. “Yeah, Yeah I’m fine” He panted, running a hand through his hair as he struggled to get his breath back. Gerard closed his eyes, smiling in his lover’s arms as Frank kiss him on the forehead.

“Marry me?”

Gerard glanced up at Frank, his heart skipping a beat as he stared at him with a shocked expression. “What?” He smirked, trying to laugh it off. There was no way he actually said what he thought he said... right? Frank smiled, locking eyes with him. “I asked you if you’d marry me” He replied, stroking his face with his hand.Gerard swallowed hard, tears welling in his eyes as he wrapped his arms around him. “Of course I will” he whispered, smiling up at the ceiling.

A loud roar suddenly echoed from outside. Billie and Levi quickly ran up the stairs and into the bedroom. “Guys puts some clothes on seriously!” Levi moaned as he stared outside the window and up at the sky. Frank and Gerard stared at each other, quickly pulling on their clothes and rushed over to the window. Frank stared at the dozens of walkers limping across the road, knocking into abandoned cars and tripping over pavements as they struggled to move around. “I don’t see what we’re looking at?” Frank said questioningly. They knew the walkers were out there and they hadn’t attacked them yet, what was all the fuss about? Billie flashed him a scornful look, gesturing up at the sky.

And in that moment, he saw it.

A plane.

A single plane, flying high above them in the sky.

Gerard smiled as he took hold of Frank’s hand. This was it. This was the help they had been searching for.

They were going to be saved.
