You're Beautiful To Me

A few days later Frank goes back to work after I reassure him over and over that I will be alright but an hour after he leaves Mikey shows up and I know Frank would have called him. We spend the day watching movies and playing with the kids and I feel truly relaxed. After Miles goes down for a nap I settle on the floor with Anna and colour for a little while and Mikey goes home. Fifteen minutes after Mikey leaves Anna drops her crayon and climbs over into my lap, her little hands coming up to pat my cheeks as she says "Dada." "Yes baby?" I ask as I look down and make eye contact with her and she gives me a massive grin before screeching out "Ba da Ba Ba" and I laugh as I say "Really? No way, that can't be right" and Anna just giggles back at me. A few seconds later she climbs out of my lap and toddles over to the shelf with her toys on it and picks what I have learnt is her favourite book. "Da?" She says as she toddles back to me, holding the book out and I take it from her before wrapping my arm around her waist and standing up, taking her with me and I go over to the couch, dropping the book on it before heading to the kitchen. "How about some milk huh?" I ask her and she smiles and leans in to rub her face against my neck so I tighten my hold on her as I make her a bottle of warm milk. Once it's ready I check the temperature before handing it to her and she takes it with both hands, bringing it to her mouth and she starts to drink as I go back to the living room, laying back on the recliner couch and settling her against my chest as I start the story and when I get to the second page there is a picture of a rabbit and she reaches out one hand to trail her finger over the picture as she says "Nee." I smile wide as I say "That's right baby, that's a bunny." Anna tilts her head to look up at me and gives me a massive smile and I smile back in disbelief of just how grown up she is.

After Anna goes down for her nap I climb off the couch and take her into mine and Franks room, laying her in the middle of the bed with pillows either side of her so she can't roll off the side and when I turn back to check on Miles in his bassinet he's laying there wide awake, a smile on his face as he kicks his legs and I smile back at him as I lean down to pick him up. "How long have you been up huh?" I ask and he gurgles back at me, his hands reaching out towards my face. "I bet you're hungry huh?" I ask and he lets out another little gurgle as I carry him from the room and into Anna's room to change his diaper before making my way to the kitchen to make him a bottle. Once his bottle is ready I settle on the couch with him laying back against my chest and he drinks the whole bottle quickly. "Someone was thirsty" I comment and he lets out a small whine and starts squirming around in my arms so I turn him around and prop him up against my shoulder, gently patting his back until he lets out a very loud burp and just as I go to laugh another little high pitch giggle sounds and I look over to see Anna standing in the doorway. "What are you doing up? And how did you get off daddy's bed huh?" I ask and Anna lets out another giggle as she runs over and starts climbing up on the couch, so I shift Miles and reach down to help her. Once shes up she gets on her feet again and walks over to stand next to me, leaning in and rubbing her face against Miles' like she's a cat which makes him shriek and wave his hands around. "My" Anna exclaims as she reaches out to grab his hand but he keeps waving it around so she can't catch it and she giggles as she keeps reaching for it and Miles giggles back and that's how Frank finds us when he comes through the front door a few seconds later, stopping at the doorway to watch with a huge smile on his face. When Anna notices him she lets out a loud squeal before flopping down on her butt and then flipping herself over and sliding backwards off the couch before taking off as fast as she can to him, yelling out "Dada" at the top of her lungs and Frank laughs as he bends down and scoops her up, cuddling her to his chest before planting big kisses all over her face.

I felt like maybe this chapter should have been some kind of kinky smut due to the number but you all get sweet fluff instead.

Sorry about my slowness in updates recently, just been busy with work and I have been sick for a few days now and haven't really felt like writing
