I wanna live a normal life

Every snowflake's different, just like you

25th December 2024
~Helen’s POV~
I was awoken to Bandit and Alex jumping on my bed, screaming, ‘it’s Christmas!’ which wasn’t how I wanted to wake up, especially at 5am.
We ran downstairs and the kids ripped open their presents while I watched them, sipping some coffee.
~Gerard’s POV~
“Morning baby,” Frankie said, kissing my nose.
“Hey sugar, merry Christmas,” I said, hugging him tightly.
“I got you something,” he replied and he reached under the bed we shared and handed me a big box and he laughed until tears were streaming down his cheeks.
“Okay! Calm down; it’s only a present… right?” I asked him and he nodded, still laughing. I shrugged my shoulders and ripped the wrapping paper off and opened the box inside.
I peered in and burst out laughing, “Sex toys; really?” I said through laughter which made Frank laugh even harder.
“That’s your funny present babe; your real present is here,” Frank said, wiping the remainder of tears from his face before handing me a smaller present.
I tore open the parcel and pulled out a shirt and a pair of jeans. I held the jeans up in front of me and they were exactly like Frank’s – black and ripped at the knees. I then held up the shirt: a black flag shirt.
I threw my arms around him and hugged him tightly. “Thank you so much sugar. I love you so much,” I said and he kissed me forehead.
I pulled away and he winked at me, making me blush. “I have another present for you Gee,” he said and pushed me back onto the bed, climbing on top of me…
~Billie’s POV~
I tried all day to ring Frank as the girls desperately wanted to speak to their father on Christmas day.
However, it went to voicemail... twelve times. After that, I gave up and just said to the kids that we’d skype him later.
I threw myself onto the couch and sighed. This is gonna be a long Christmas…
