Don't Follow The White Rabbit.

Chapter 1: Alice, They Say.

"Alice," They say, "How are you feeling Alice?" "Are you having anymore dreams Alice?" "Anymore memories of the fire Alice?"

Why can't they just leave me alone, I know I am insane. Can they leave me to my insanity? My dreams, they are not things other girls would dream of. I dream of a king all dressed in red, with black hair and a striking grin, "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!" He would yell, then I would dream of a tea party. A man with curly hair would serve me tea, he'd sit with another man wearing a costume that resembles a hare.

Then there'd be another king, all in white with the kindest smile you would ever see. There was talking flowers, foods and drinks that would make you grow or shrink. There is a smoking caterpillar and a white rabbit, "I'm late, oh dear I'm late!" The rabbit would say over and over again. This place where my dreams are set, I call this place wonderland.

"Alice." My doctor says breaking me out of a trance, "have you been having anymore dreams of wonderland?" He asks and I nod. "How long have these dreams been occurring?" He asks and I stare him right in the eye, "ever since the fire." I say calmly, some people may consider it eerie.

After my weekly appointment I leave the orphanage where I am lodging for a walk, I shall not say fresh air because we all know that the air in the streets of London definitely is not fresh. No one really pays attention to me, occasionally someone would recognise me and say, "hello Alice," or, "I'm sorry for your loss."

As I passed the butcher something strange caught my eye, a pure white rabbit. Kind of like the one I have see before. In my dreams.
