"So how do I know I can trust you." My eyes go around the room catching every glance they send me. I had decided to wait the night then get my answers in the morning. I had gone over what I was going to say many times in my head but actually forming the words of my mouth was becoming a problem. "Took you in didn't we? You shot Fun Ghoul yet we didn't kill you. Why do you think you can't trust us? We sure as hell can't trust you." I look at the one who answered.Fun ghoul the one I'd shot of course would have to say such a thing wasn't my fault he was such an ass. "All I know is that I was in battery city and I've been tested on my whole life what else do you want from me?" They all seem to standstill for a while I wouldn't of been shocked if their jaws hit the floor the only one who remained semi composed was Gerard the rest looked away mumbled to themselves or give me a silent nod of the head as if to say I'm sorry for even asking but not Gerard his eyes stayed on mine as if he was trying to see past this quote on quote charade. "How did you scape." He seemed controlling or at least the type to not wanting to give answers althoigh he gave a lot last night...seems as if his personalities fight between each other. "I don't know I ran..I don't...I disguised myself as some of... What do you call them? cityfolk? I stole some of their stuff and hijacked one of the cars in the old car lot. you guys were the first human beings I'd seen that weren't being controlled. I don't know why they were testing on me if you're going to ask that question and I know you will I just have hazy memories of pain. that's about it so unless you want to hear about my screams echoing through the halls I suggest you shut up and stop asking questions." Now Gerard seem shocked himself he tells the rest of them to follow out and leaves us alone the old diner or rather base for the quote on quote fabulous four and it wasn't very appealing. Booths were torn glass was barely in the windows in the desert sun kept it pretty hot in there. If it weren't for Gerard stare I'd probably be sweating bullets, but instead I'm shivering in fear thatI haven't felt in a long time "Why did you even escape I mean you didn't remember much except for the pain and I know that sucks trust me I've had my share of pain but battery city they were controlling you weren't day" I glare at him. what a stupid question to ask! Of course they......they were controlling me right? Or could they not...
