This is my shot, Let's hope I'll remember it

Today was finally the day. My big brother and my best friend, was finally leaving. He was going off to college. He was going to pursue his dreams.
He was going to be majoring in music, since that was his passion. He wanted to make, and teach music, so he was going to college to be a music teacher. I was beyond proud of him. He had been working so hard on his grades, and now all that work was finally paying off.

I got up off of my light blue couch in my room, and walked across the hall to Frank's. He was rushing around the room, packing things into boxes. Even though we lived quite close to his university, he still wanted to live in the dorms, but I couldn't really blame him. It's hectic around here.
He started to pack his clothes, and i walked over to his closet to help him. When he saw me putting his shirts into a box, he smiled at me. "You don't have to help, bee." He told me and I rolled my eyes. "I want to help, Frank." I replied and he smiled. I taped the full box shut, and stood up. "Well, that seems to be all of it." He said and suddenly it hit me. My brother was leaving. I wouldn't get to see him everyday like i used to. He would be at school.
I felt my eyes start to tear up. He must have noticed, because he walked over to me and pulled me into a hug. I started balling my eyes out and he stroked my hair. "Hey, shhh it's okay. I am going to call you every day. It's alright." He whispered into my hair, and I nodded and wiped my eyes. I pulled away from him and smiled. "I'm alright, Frankie, and you better call." I gave him a warning glance and he chuckled. He picked up a box, and so did I, and we walked out to his truck. We put them in the back, and did the same with the rest of the boxes until they were all packed. We both climbed into his front seat and he pulled out his schedule. "So, who's your dorm mate?" I asked him and he looked up from the paper. "Says his name it Jared Way." I nodded my head and he started up the truck.
