*Gerards POV*

About a centimetre away from my mouth, I could smell the scent of the sweet, sticky porridge, as it oozed from the edges of the spoon, I felt my stomach clench. I could feel its heat against my face, the steam brushing my cheeks.
I put the spoon back in the bowl.
Tula was still watching me, her eyes pleading. "I don't think I can." I stated, finally admitting defeat.
"Of course you can, Gerard. Anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it!"
I thought for a while, trying to think of a decent comeback. "A dwarf with no arms couldn't win World's tallest weightlifter." I protested, snorting at how childish I sounded. She sighed. "But he wasn't built for weightlifting and being tall, you were built for eating."
I rested my head on my palm. She did have a point, I guess I could try. I lifted the spoon back up to my mouth, ignoring the waves of nausea, trying to block of my sense of smell. And I ate it. At first I felt pride, I'd managed it, but then I felt disgust. Disgust in myself, why did I relapse into eating again? After all this progress. I swear I felt myself getting fatter. "I need to go to the toilet." I began to sit up, but I felt a hard brush my arm. "No. You're going to stay here, and were going to watch Batman." Tula assured, mustering her strength up to pull me back towards my bed. "Oh are we?" I teased, laughing at her determined face, forgetting the whole reason I got up.
"Push the beds together, we'll share my TV" I shoved them up against eachother, moving the coffee table out of the way, I hopped into my bed and pulled the covers over myself, Tula was also under the covers, but in a separate duvet. It must have looked a little dodgy from a distance, but I didn't really care. "You into comics?" She asked, adjusting the screen so I could see a little better, before sinking back into the mattress. Our faces were so close, I heard her giggle a little. "Yeah, I love them, I ..erm.. I draw some too." I saw her eyes light up at this statement. "Can I see them?" I'd never shown anyone my notepad before, I really didn't want to let Tula down though, her eyes were still shining brightly. "Okay" I whispered, then I pulled it out from my secret hiding place, inside my pillowcase. "They're not very good but-" she stopped me, putting a finger to my lips. "I'll be the judge of that."

*Tula's POV*
I pulled away, watching him blush. God, he was so cute when he was embarrassed. "Alright, fair enough" he said, I could sense him tense a little, this notebook was very private to him. He handed it to me carefully, the pages making a crunching noise as they passed hands, like a crumpling leaf, it was packed full. I lifted a page up delicately before stopping straight in my tracks, it was filled with explosions of colour and image, fierce fighting scenes and mysterious villains. "Woah.." I breathed out, lost for words "Gerard, this is amazing!" I traced the jagged outlines of people's faces, their dramatically jutting out jaws and the raw beauty of the pencil lines, His blush intensified. "You really think so?" He asked nervously, nibbling his lip. "Yes, you could even get it published!" I could sense his emotions at war, as if he wanted to be successful, but not with this, because this was only for him and me. I smiled at those words in my thoughts. Him and me. Me and him.

I'm so sorry I left it so long!! Life's just been busy, busy, busy!!:D but here I am, at long last, ugh, I'm so useless! I'm currently working on a new fic too!:3
