Thoughts Of The Past

(RAYS P.O.V)

Me and Cobra have been in here for...Im not even going to try to count, too long!
When we woke up Poison and Ghoul managed to get out, im glad. Even if me and Cobra got caught there a chance they made it out.
I wonder where Missile Kid is..I wonder what shes like now.
Young, colorful and brave properly.
Or she could be dead.
I shrived and cringed at that and Cobra looked over at me.

''You o...okay..J..Jet?'' He hadn't been getting a lot of sleep and they barely fed and watered us. It took its tole on him. He lips cracked and led a little when he spoke.

''Just wonde..dering about Missile Kid..and Pois..son and G..Ghoul.'' I frowned after I spoke I thought my throat would have been okay to talk. Around 2 hours ago, or what felt like 2 hours ago, a drac offered me a drink..not water..I didn't want to think what it was but I drank it.

''The..they'll be o..ok.'' He smiled, cracking his lips more and making them bleed but his eyes shone bright. He believed in them..just as much as I did.

We would get out of here.

(3 weeks time lapse)

I couldnt believe it!
They were here!
They were here, in this building and had been for weeks!

I couldn't stop myself from smiling and shaking. I look and felt a mess, just as much as Cobra but we wernt going to let that get us down.

They told us they planned to get us out soon. Poison,or now Gerard has he has to be called, didnt tell us the plan which is confusing but Id trust that man with my fro.

Then they came over to us I didnt reconise them at first but Cobra did, he started crying. Full on weeping so I got up and went over to him.

(FLASH BACK)

''Whats wro..ong C..cobra? Don..t let th.em b..b..beat you!''

''It..is my br..other''

I looked down at him proberly abd his eyes shinning loking at two men with black hair and a woman with short black curly hair..it couldnt be! No it couldnt!

Poison told the dracs to take a break and that they take watch, they seemed to really appreciate it.

He and Ghoul and the woman who I refuse to elieve good news walked over. She seemed so sad, dull and colourlesss.
But it suddenly sarke up when she saw us. Those eyes. Those eyes looked familiar.

''Hey Cobra! Jet!'' He yell whispered.

We both looked up at him and smiled, wew were saved.

They gave us some food and water and explained who the firl was. It was Missile! She wasnt so little anymore!

''We're gonna get you guys out, I promise.''
Missile..Micah said whilst crying, she had her hands through the bars holding hands with me and Cobra.

''Gerard? How are we gonna get Jennah out at the same time? Keep her up Micahs top? Because im pretty sure both of then would be uncomfortable. And Jennah would be scared for life. No offence Micah''

Frank had a point.
And Micah had a giggle fit.

But wait..
''Who the h..hell is Jennah?''
Cora whispered.
His throat obviously still hurt.

''When you get here you are filed to a room, 4 to one room. A six month old baby girl is in our room too. Were now official there guardians.''

Mine and Cobras eyes went wide and we looked at each. So wait, let me get this straight. We're leaving here as undead killjoys rebel outlaws AND parents.

''We've given her a killjoy name too'' Frank said with a smile.
''Its Blu Starr'' Micah finished for him with an even bigger smile.

I smiled. Thats a nice name.

We spent the rest of the time talking about the baby and the changes the van would have to go through.
