I'm Okay Now

I was on a small wooden boat. It was big enough to fit no more than two people, but I was the only person around. It was in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight. The only thing that you could see was the green ocean water that occasionally swept against the side of the boat. Though I had no idea where I was, I was not panicking in the least. If fact, this is the calmest I have ever remembered myself being. The air smelled of salt as the only sound that you could hear was the water and the seagulls that happen to be flying by. But suddenly out of nowhere it started raining, I mean pouring rain, and it was cold too. Nothing like I've seen before.
"Katy!" A faint voice called out to be from a distance, but I couldn't tell who, or why. A huge storm was coming and there was no escape, now I was scared. Everything was overpowering me all at once, until I opened my eyes.
"Gee?" I said still half asleep and unaware of my surroundings.
"Yea. Now wake up" he ordered as he splashed some more water on me. That was when I realized that it was just a dream, and I was now soaking wet from the water Gerard poured on me.
"Gerard what the hell!" I complained in a sleepy voice
"I wanted to wake you up!"
"We'll you could have just woken me normally!"
"But where's the fun in that!?"
"Ugh" I sighed as I placed my face back into the pillow. "What the fuck do you want"
"I just wanted to tell you I love you" he answered as he started laughing his way to the door.
"Go the fuck away!" I yelled as I threw my pillow at him. I shut my eyes and I heard him yell another
"I love you!" Followed by a bunch of giggles until the sound of the front door open, then close.
The rest of my morning continued the same as it usually did. Alicia came to drive us to school as usual, the look in her eyes made it clear that today would be the day.
We arrived at the large high school a little bit earlier than usual, without hesitation I stopped by my locker and went downstairs to the music room.
"You little fucker" I smiled, slamming the door behind me which scared the living shit out of him. "If it weren't for you I would've gotten an extra 5 minutes of beauty sleep!" I continued to joke.
"But baby you don't need it" he chuckled with a euphoric smile.
"Awe!" I squealed as I launched myself into his arms and started kissing I'm repeatedly. "I love you"
"I love you too" he replied, out of breath from all the kissing. "Oh and do you know what tomorrow is?"
"Monday, October 29th?" I joked. But suddenly his smile vanished and he became vary serious. "Of course I do, love! It's are two month anniversary!" And just like that his smile was back.
"So I was thinking the beach. Surprisingly tomorrow should be high 80s, highly unusual for this time of year, but the warmer the weather, the warmer the water. And I have a surprise to show you"
"Well I think that's a wonderful idea, and I would love to" his smile was all I needed for a response. Just then the door opened and small feet walked into the classroom, I didn't have to look to know who it was
"Hey" Mikey said with a voice as flat as paper.
"Mikey ways wrong" Gerard asked and turned his full attention over to the blond. I felt bad that I wasn't able to warn mikes about Alicia's plans, if only I somewhat could have. I knew exactly where this conversation was going, I was not looking forward to it.
With a voice full of confusion and tears Mikey said the words I dreaded hearing "Alicia broke up with me"
