"No, Frank, it's okay. I don't anymore. I stopped a long time ago," he grabbed the blade from my hand and threw it in the trash.

"It's okay," he wrapped me in a tight hug and I buried my face in his neck.

"Gee, if you don't mind me asking, why did you?"

He sat on the couch and I followed.

He sighed. “I never felt like I was good enough. I had no friends, my parents didn't give a damn about me, I was failing almost all of my classes, I was bullied every day. I just felt like no one cared about me, I sure as hell didn't blame them. But that all changed when I turned. I realized that since I was gonna be alive until someone shoved a stake through my heart, I needed to stop caring what other people thought and put my own happiness first. It wasn't easy, but I did it. I didn't even know that was still in there, I thought I threw it out a long time ago."

I wrapped my arms around him and we just sat there.

“Today has been pretty shitty, hasn’t it,” Gerard said, more of a statement than a question.

“Yep."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize, it's not your fault."

"Yes it is."

"No it's not, shut up," I playfully smacked his arm and he giggled.

"Do you want to go out for pizza?" I nodded and went to get dressed, realizing I'd been wearing nothing but a towel this entire time.

After throwing on a pair of ripped jeans and a white v-neck, I heard a knock on the door. "I'll get it!" I called to Gee, who was now in the shower. I opened it to see a face I definitely wasn't expecting.

"H-Hey, Frank."

Before I could respond Gee walked into the room, soaking wet with a towel around his waist.

"Frankie, do you know if we have anymore condition- oh my god."

"Mikey?"
