The Shy One

---Gerard Way POV----

I walk out of my front door and very surprised to see a very shocked girl standing in my driveway. Right as I was about to tell her to leave, I noticed that Frank and Mikey were with her. Must be a friend from school. With a deep breath, I walked outside and she nearly fainted.

"Oh my god, you're Gerard Way!" I could tell she was trying hard not to fangirl but it showed through.

I kissed her hand, "Hello beautiful."

Her face went cherry red and I smiled, "I-I'm A-addison..." She managed to stutter out.

"Well Addison, welcome to my home," I looked at Mikey who was looking at his shoes. Obviously embarrassed, "Mikey, why don't you show Addison around?"

"S-sure."

-----Mikey's POV-----

"C-come on A-addison," I stuttered. God dammit, why couldn't my stutter go away?!

I sighed and took her up to the recording studio. It was a massive room full of random guitars, drums, and microphones. To me, it was normal. To her, it was like heaven.

"Play me a song?" She asked me putting her hair behind her ears.

Without a second thought, I picked up my bass and started to play one of my favorite songs, Welcome to the Black Parade. As soon as I started playing, she started to hum. Obviously she must've known the song because she knew the pitch exactly. I stopped playing and looked at her.

"I wanna hear you sing as I play," I told her.

I started to play again and at first she was being really shy but she finally opened up. The moment she hit the first note, I was in awe. Addison had an AMAZING voice! Literally it was the girl version of Gerard's. Without her knowing, I turned off the soundproof in the room so everyone could hear her. Not even two minutes later, Gerard came running up the steps.

"Who the fuck is singing?!"
