Just One More Bite

I woke up by Frank, still laid upon a hospital bed. "Frankie?"

"I'm sorry," he let out, staring down to his feet. " I didn't have the guts to tell you."

"No, I should have understood your situation. You were ignored all your life."

"Damn, you've been demanding the truth for so long," his eyes filled with little tears. "And I kept it from you. And you deserve to know, from all that you've done for me."

"Don't be sorry Frankie, you did nothing wrong. You are beautiful, no matter what you are."

"I-I'm a doppelganger," he admitted. " I stay by my host and only show my image in photography when their death is near, and I never lived. And I never died. I'm sorry for keeping it for so long. I just hate not being anybody."

"You are somebody, you are the one and only Frank Iero."

"To the world I'm just one person."

"But to this person, you are the world."
