Ghosts In The Snow

I slumped down on his sofa and hugged into my knees trying to cover my face that was bright red. he sat down next to me, "I've been watching you for a long time..." He spoke quietly like he was embarrassed.
I laughed going an even brighter shade of crimson red
"that's not creepy!" I said sarcastically, his face scrunched up and he looked down at the floor.
"I'm joking dude...it's fine..." Still he sat there not moving but opening his mouth like he was about to say something.
I reached my arms over and held him tight, I could feel his body heat slowly creeping up on me. I wanted to feel his lips up against mine, they were soft and pale looking. He was just beautiful! Everything I ever wanted...but everything I couldn't have...
"your beautiful..." I whispered quietly hoping he didn't hear...my mistake!
"what?" He cocked an eyebrow and looked deep into my eyes, "this is a weird question but...are you gay..." I looked surprised but nodded slowly. "I guess you could say that..."
he smiled showing his perfectly white teeth
"me too" he said and lifted my head with one finger making me look into his eyes, pressing his lips against mine the collision of our kiss made everything seem so much better, for that moment. The kiss was long and filled with the emotion I'd been longing for, for so long! And it was happening! I didn't want this moment to end...
Nothing like this ever happens to me...Is this reality or am I just dreaming...
