"Gerard!"Hayley calls. I turn round to see the petite little red head running towards me.
"Hayley!" I call mimicking her. She rolls her eyes
"So hows you team doing dork?" She asks. We have always called each other names ever since 2006 when I first met her. "It would be doing better if you hadn't stolen Elijah, Zane and Alexandra."I joke. "whoops, I do have a good team, though I think my favorite singer at the moment is one you didn't turn for" She tells me. I knew exactly who she was talking about since she had been on my mind since I first saw her yesterday. I fake ignorance. "Oh who's that?" I ask.
"Desiree, I paired her with Elijah funny enough and I think they have some chemistry, seriously all the time through rehearsal he was staring at her." She says. Jealousy forms in the pit of my stomach. Is that so? Did the pretty boy have a thing for my girl? I try to pretend like I don't care. "Ah I wish I had turned round for her, she was pretty good though most people will get bored of her because she has no sex appeal. You know what I mean?" I lie. She just smiles.
"Well Elijah doesn't seem to think like that, I get the suspicion he loves her." She tells me. What the fuck! He's only known her for a day! Oh god, I've turned into a hypocrite.
"Must be the sort..." I start to say.
"I know you like her." She interrupts.
"Is it that obvious?" I ask not even trying to hide it. Oh fuck I'm an idiot. I can't even hide that I have a simple crush on someone.
"Well You're going to have to hide it better when she preforms tomorrow. BryanStars has already posted on his Facebook that he thinks you have a crush on her." She warns.
