Two New Chapters, Same book.

A week had passed and Lynz wasn’t feeling well so I called the school and told them I had to
take my wife to the doctor just to make sure she was alright and it was just a small bug. Seeing as
I got the principle he to was protective over his mate and told me to drive safely the roads were
slicker the shit.

“Gerard would you stop panicking I just caught the flu. It’s going around town” Lynz smiled at
me and went to get up but ran to the bathroom instead and threw up. The door was closed and
locked.

My wife looked at me and she looked like she was going to fall over. I went to her aid and we
got in the car. I didn’t have to call the hospital, Lynz and I were both children of powerful clans.
We would get a room and see the doctor within minutes.

When we got there she stood up and looked really pale; paler then usual. I told the front desk my
name and my wife’s name and we were rushed back to a room. The doctor was in within minutes
and took a look at her and then went and drew some blood.

For the next fifteen minutes we were waiting and the door opened and the doctor sat down.
“The blood work came back positive, Mrs. Way you are pregnant. Congratulations. Seeing your
blood work your only about a week along it’s to early to see anything or hear the heartbeat. So
just make an appointment with your OB and they will go be able to go from there” The doctor
stood up and shook both of our hands. Lynz and I were looking at her stomach and thinking the
same thing

‘What the hell did we do?’

When we got back home Lynz sat down and so did I.

“Do we want to keep it?” I heard her ask. She was in just as much shock as I was.

“That depends, I would be able to get leave to help you but I couldn’t do it for very long just a
few months. But I would have to go back to work, I get all the holiday’s off like the kids do so
that could help. But this is up to you Lynz, I would of course be a parent to our child but I can’t
stay home like you can.” I had put my hand on her thigh and rubbed small circles.

“Gee I really want to keep the kid, we both said that when we got married it was said that we
both wanted children someday and now we are getting our wish.” Lynz could always put so
much into a few words.

“Then we’ll keep it, when do you want to tell Mikey, Frank, and our Parents?” I asked, Lynz
now had her head on my shoulder and smiled. My wife grabbed my hand and placed it over
where the baby would be.

“When ever we see them next, Gee we’re going to be parents” My wife was always so just her.
“Yeah I just hope I don’t fuck something up” I laughed a little, I always fucked something up.

“Gerard your not going to fuck up, I see the way you are around the twins.” My wife smiled and
we just held each other close and talked the rest of the night. Just like when we were teenagers.
