Frank always considered himself as Gerard's protector. Ever since the first time he had met him in high school, when he was just Mikey's older brother to Frank. And now that Gerard's hit rock bottom and he Even admitted to using cocaine, Framk feels like it's his duty to help Gerard get clean.

This is going to start out when they're in highschool/college, just to build up the relationship and stuff, and eventually will evolve into when they're in the band.
