I’m so sorry, but there will not be any posts until at least Thursday night. I have been busy as fuck, my computer crashed, I got a girlfriend, my sister got sick… Yeah. It is good to cuss them out and stuff some stuff that's always helped me was either blasting my music, splattering painting with paint (like violently practically throwing the brush at the paper), and either playing an instrument or reading. Lots of different things help me. Also sometimes it helps to get markers and draw on yourself like tattoos. It can distract you.

haha, thanks... it's not fun, or easy. but i'm getting tired of being worried my cuts are going to open up and bleed through my pants, and the shame and guilt that goes along with cutting. i'm just kind of trying to distract myself from that and if it gets too bad i'll just take out a pair of rusty old scissors and cuss at them for like 10 minutes. like fuck you for making me want to hurt myself with you. pfft
