Well I hope that you do the same, aww sugar...

Alice followed Gerard down the long corridor, they didn't say anything and Alice was still trying to figure out why did Gerard had that strange look on his eyes.

The kitchen was very clean and full of light, just as the rest of the house, except perhaps for Gerard's room, Alice really wanted to look at those drawings and painting on the walls someday, she wished she had Gerard's talent.

Gerard started to look for something in the cupboards and he finally found some bags of popcorn, placed the first bag in the microwave and started it. Then he turned to face Alice that was standing near the door.

"so um...Alice...".- He started "I really wanted to thank you for how you've been with me".

"What do you mean?" .- said Alice genuinely confused

"Well, you know, for defending me against Cassey...and in general for being so nice with me".- finished Gerard while his cheeks turned slightly pink

"Oh, Gerard I don't think you need to thank me about that, I mean she had it coming, besides, why wouldn't I be nice with you?...you're...such a cool guy." - Really Alice?, was that the best you could've come up with?

-"Thank you, you're cool too..." - said Gerard awkwardly, they both remained silent when suddenly the beep from the microwaved broke the silence, Alice felt relieved.

-"So, what movie are we watching first?".- asked Alice happily after Gerard placed another bag of popcorn in the microwave.

-"I dunno...um...how about the poltergeist?".- he said smiling

-"Perfect!, I love that movie I wished they had better effects back in 1982".- commented Alice.

-"yeah, me too, but sometimes those are the creepiest movies".- said Gerard

-"True that, better stay classic. I've seen some prettyyy bad remakes."

-"Me too, how about we stay classic tonight?". said Gerard while putting the last bag of popcorn.

-"Sounds like fun". - and it really did, she had forgotten the last time she was this excited about something.

They returned to the living room, holding bowls of popcorn and they started to get comfy on the floor full of pillows. Gerard in the middle and Alice and Mikey on his sides.

The movie started and MIkey started commenting on every single thing he thought it was creepy, funny or just worth a random comment, Alice was laughing so much about this and Gerard eventually started to get cranky about it, so he started punching him slightly every time he talked.

-"Stop!".- yelled Mikey after the fifth time, before standing up. "I'm gonna go get more popcorn, and you! (said pointing at Gerard) are not having any!...do you want anything from the kitchen, Alice?.- turning to her and changing completely his tone.

-"Thank you Mikey, I'm fine!".- said Alice pointing at her practically full bowl. She had only chew on some popcorn.

-"Okay, then".- said Mikey and passed though Alice and Gerard slightly kicking him.

They were left alone watching "Silent night, bloody night", and it was Alice's favorite part, she knew the dialogue by heart.

-"I have wandered in bitterness until all seasons have become as one...And that is a season of vengeance.” - said Alice pausing at the middle when she noticed Gerard saying the exact same words.

They laughed for a moment and then they stared at each other, something happened because suddenly Alice couldn't take away her eyes from Gerard's deep hazel eyes, she had never noticed how beautiful his eyes were. She felt her cheeks starting to get hot, bu she couldn't look away.

Suddenly Mikey entered the room and finally distracted her from Gerard's eyes, but she could have sear that Gerard stared at her for a little longer.

The night kept going and at about 2:30 am Gerard went to make some coffee for everyone, while Mikey changed the movie to "Suspiria". He yawned while doing it causing Alice to laugh a little.

-"Already giving up, Mikey?".- asked Alice playfully.

-"Never!".- said Mikey funnily.-"I could go all night!"

Half an hour through the movie, Mikey felt asleep.

-"Man down". - said Gerard to Alice. She laughed and nodded, looking at Mikey laying comfortably with his mouth slightly open.

After a while, Alice started feeling her stomach swirling, she didn't know why, but it was probably the fact that she was watching a movie at almost 4am with a boy that she had only known for about a week, but this felt good, she felt like it was the place to be, although she didn't know why.

The movie ended and Alice knew that if it hadn't been for the coffee, she would have been asleep already.

Gerard stood up and placed "Evil dead II", on the VHS before sitting down again. They stayed like this in complete silence for a while when suddenly Gerard said.

-"Okay, I have to admit you're really proving your bravery right here".

"You've seen nothing yet, the only movie that can scare me is Psycho...I guess"

"Really?, I love drawing stuff from that movie".- said Gerard enthusiastically.

Suddenly they were talking about his drawings, music and soon enough they were not paying attention to the movie, they were laying on the floor next to each other looking at the ceiling, chatting. Alice felt really comfortable talking to Gerard it was like they've know each other for a lot of time.

The movie ended and the only sound they could hear was that of their own voices and Mikey's breathing, they started whispering although they didn't need to, Mikey was deeply asleep.

Gerard's voice cracked up once in a while, and Alice thought that it was kind of attractive, also she liked the way he turned to her once in a while and smile, the way he paid attention to her while she talked, like nobody did...She then knew that she liked Gerard, maybe she'd known for a while, but she didn't want to admit it.

She thought of this without knowing when exactly she fell asleep.

I forgot to mention we are in the year 1994, Gerard is 17 and so is Alice. n_n
I checked the microwaved popcorn stuff, It already existed, lol.
