************ One year and a half later************

“So, tomorrow is the big day?” An interviewer from Alterative Press asked Gerard and I.

“Yup, were getting married tomorrow.” I said smiling as I squeezed Gerard’s hand. He was smiling a lot to.

“Well, if you don’t mind me asking, wasn’t it just a year and a half ago you were engaged to Andy Biersack?” He asked me.

“Yes, I was. Even after the break we remained good friends, I even set him up with his new girlfriend, Juliet Simms.”

“Wow, I guess things worked themselves out, will he be attending the wedding?”

“Yes.” I answered.

“Well since you two will not be having press at your wedding, I would like to ask you some questions about your relationship right now, is that okay?”

“Go ahead.” Gerard encouraged.

“How long have you guys known each other?”

“20 years.” I answered.

The interviewer dropped his mouth and looked nbetween us. I couldn’t help but giggle and I heard Gerard laugh as well.

“We’ve known each other since we were 4.” I explained, “He has been my best friend since day one, when I was 16 I moved in with his family and they took me in as their own. When we told his parents about us, there weren’t really shocked, they even said ‘Its about time’”.

“Wow, but how long have been dating?”

“About a year.” Gerard lied, as far as the whole world knew, Gerard and I started dating 6 months after me and Andy broke up.

“Okay, so, an insider said the wedding was originally supposed to be 6 months away, but you two changed your plans and planned the wedding in 6 weeks. Why the change?”

“Well,” I looked over at Gerard and he smiled and nodded. “I wanted to fit into my dress properly.”

“Fit into your dress properly?” The interviewer asked.

“Well, I’m pregnant.”

“Wow, congratulations, was this a shock to the two of you?”

“Yeah it was, and we want to be married before the baby comes so we just decided to do it now.” Gerard informed him.

“Well good luck and congratulations.”

**************Next Day***************

Less than thirty minutes before I became Mrs. Gerard Way and I was nervous as hell. I was standing in my dress looking at myself in the mirror taking deep breathes trying to calm myself down when the door opened behind me.

“Hey Carly, how much-” I stopped talking when I turned around and saw it wasn’t Carly.

“My god you’re beautiful.” Andy said as he came over to me and held out his hands.

I smiled and hugged him. Even though we weren’t dating anymore we still had a lot in common. Gerard wasn’t so happy about us staying friends at first but he and Andy also became really good friends not long after.

“Thanks Andy.” I said as I pulled away.

“Gerard’s a luck man to have you. Well I came to wish you good luck before you go out there.” He said and then put his hand on my small bump and rubbed it a bit.

“Thank you.” I said as I pulled him in for one more hug before he started to leave. But before he made it to the door, Carly walked in.

“Oh, hello Andy, you might want to get your seat, its gonna start real soon.”She told Andy then he left to go get his seat then Carly came over to me.

“Aw sweetheart, I’m so happy for you and Gerard.” She told me as she hugged me, “And none of this would have happened if I hadn’t taken you to the park when you were younger.” She told me and smirked, I just rolled my eyes at her.

“Okay, you’re going to need this.” She said and handed me my flowers.

“I’m so nervous.” I said as we started to make our way to where everyone was waiting for us.

“Don’t worry sweetheart, you’re gonna go just fine. I’m gonna walk you up to Gerard, you’re gonna say ‘I do’, kiss a bit, then off to the party.” She said as she fixed my hair a bit.

I was about say something but the music started playing, telling Carly and I it was time to walk me down the aisle. As we walked down the aisle, everyone was staring at me and it made a pit start to grow in my stomach and I just tightened my grip on Carly’s arm. I felt like I was gonna pass out before I made it to my spot next to Gerard but when I looked up and saw him down there smiling at me, the pit in my stomach was gone and I was filled with happiness. I felt a little flutter where my bump was and I could tell the baby was happy; it started kicking a few days ago whenever I felt really happy so I assumed the baby was happy as well.

When I made it to Gerard, Carly kissed my cheek and Gerard took my hands. The priest started talk but I couldn’t hear anything, I was too busy staring at Gerard and thanking God that he was mine and I got to spend the rest of my life with him. Gerard soon opened his lips and said I do and that when I decided to start listening to that the priest said and when he asked me if I would have Gerard as my husband I also said I do then we slipped on each other’s rings and he softly cupped my cheeks before he dipped his head to kiss me. All around us everyone was cheering, but I was too busy focusing on kissing Gerard to care about them. When he pulled away he stared into my eyes and pecked my lips again.

“I love you.” He whispered.

“I love you too.”

Sorry for the wait, I've been really sick and I haven't been able to write. But here's the end! I have idea for story but I'm gonna wait a few days before I start it.
