Summer Break

Gerard and I were in the car right now going home from the hospital after a day. Gerard was holding my hand and giving it squeezes at times. Music was playing gently in the car and the time was 6:17 P.M.
“I'm just so glad you are okay Frankie. I thought I lost the only thing I love so much and care about.” Gerard said squeezing my hand again and smiling. I noticed tears starting to form around his eyes and I unbuckled my seat belt and gave him a hug while he was driving. He was sure to be careful and put his arm around me.
“I love you so much Gee, and I'm so sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry Frankie I know what you’re going through.” Gerard said and hugged me tightly with his arm. “And I love you too.” He said kissing the top of my head. My eyes were getting heavy now and I shut them and fell asleep.
~~~TIME LAPSE~~~ I woke up in a fluffy bed with someone’s warm arms around me and I instantly remembered I fell asleep in the car and the arms around me must be Gerard’s. I moved my arm around and tried to locate my phone but had no success. I decided to get up and be very quiet. While I got out of the bed I noticed Gerard squirming around and making noises. I stopped in my tracks and giggled very softly because oh god he’s so adorable. I started walking really slowly now and opened the door gently and walked up the stairs to see what time it was. As I was walking up the steps I noticed a very dim light and a low noise coming from the living room. I tip toed slowly to see who was in the living room and I saw Mikey laying on the couch with his glasses on in a plain white shirt with his hair messed up watching T.V.
“Hey.” I said softly walking over to him
“Oh hey.” Mikey said with a sleep filled voice looking at me and smiling. “Come here.” Mikey said telling me to sit on the couch where he was. I walked over to him and sat right next to him. He sat up and put his hand on my head.
“How is little Frankie doing?? Hehehe.” Mikey said looking more amused than anyone at whatever time it was. I looked at him confused with an amused look on my face.
“Good I guess.” I said shrugging my shoulders.
“Well that’s good.” Mikey said scooting closer to me. I looked at him smiling.
“Dude are you high or drunk??”
“Maybe both. I just came home from a friends place and wow we did some crazy shit.” Mikey said with a high pitched tone and started giggling at the end. I couldn’t help but smile too. After a couple of minutes Mikey started touching my face and rubbing it gently.
“God you’re so hot.” Mikey said looking at me.
“Okayyyy Mikey I think it’s time for you to go to bed now.” I said moving away from his hand and got up from the couch. “I'm going to bed now also.” I said walking off but stopped when Mikey called my name.
“What?”
“Come here.” Mikey said smiling. I did what he said and stood right in front of him.
“Yeah? What is it?”
“I'm not going to bed until I get my goodnight kiss.” He said smiling.
“Mikey what are yo-“And with that Mikey pulled my shirt and started kissing me with want. I didn’t dare to kiss back. I pulled away quickly and stared at Mikey with shock. Mikey looked back at me with shock also looking sober now from the alcohol and drugs he did.
“Oh my god Frank I-I'm so sorry. I d-didn’t know what came over me.” Mikey said looking guilty.
“Its fine Mikey ill just see you in the morning.” I said still shocked at what happened. “Goodnight.”
“Night.” Mikey said softly and I started walking back to Gerard’s room. I gently opened the door and slowly crept my way over to Gerard’s bed trying not to make a lot of noise. I crawled into his bed and put the blanket over me and wrapped Gerard’s arm around me also. Gerard gently squeezed me from behind and kissed the top of my head and fell asleep moments later. Me on the other hand couldn’t fall back to sleep. The kiss kept on repeating over and over in my head and wouldn’t stop. No matter how hard I tried to forget about the whole thing I just couldn’t. My best friend, Mikey, likes me and has just kissed me. I don’t know how I should feel about it. I'm still shocked about the whole thing. I turned over on my other side so I was now facing Gerard. I scooted closer into his chest and cried gently from the whole confusing situation. How is Gerard going to feel about this?! I started crying harder and Gerard must of woke up because he squeezed me tightly and started telling me ‘It will be okay’ and rocked me back and forth gently. He kissed my head and finally spoke up.
“I saw what happened up stairs and I'm not mad.”
“You’re not?” I said sniffling
“Well I'm pissed at Mikey but I'm not at you because I saw you pull away from him.”
“I'm so sorry Gee.” I said starting to cry again.
“Shhh it’s alright. I'm not mad at you. I could never be mad at you.” He said rocking me back and forth again.
“I love you so much Gerard and please don’t be mad at Mikey. Yeah I know he was the one who kissed me, but he didn’t know what would happen. I’ll have to talk to him about the whole thing even if I don’t like it.” I said sniffling again. Gerard was hesitant to respond back but eventually said something.
“Ok. I'm not mad at him anymore and your right he didn’t really know what would happen. Mikey never really kissed anyone before and I guess you were his first kiss.” I sat up quickly after Gerard said that.
“What!? You can’t be serious.” I said sounding upset.
“I d-don’t know really. Mikey has shut me off for a while now since my mom and dad divorced each other. He has been getting into drugs and all that stuff and I….never mind I will tell you later. Now let’s go back to bed. I love you.” Gerard said kissing my head and I cuddled up closer to Gerard.
“I love you too.” I said now wondering what Gerard was about to say. I then fell asleep into another dreamless sleep.
